I am blocking out light since one of his weapons seems to do about 22 of that icon type.

What do you use to block it?

I've been using dark goddess rod, though with Moonlight Prowler, I am going to try mirroring shield of brilliance. I am done with John if you want to try out the rod though.

Would light defense crystals equipped help?

I've got a DGR (dark goddess rod) and from what I saw, the main issues are lightning, earth and maybe wind. Did y'all win a swashy awhile back or did you give up on Chase? I can't remember

So my thoughts are attackers should block earth, lightning, wind.

Mod them with crit crystals and at least 1 blessing to avoid being frozen from the battle shop

(Critical Strike Tear Crystal, Blessing of Natural Armor Tear Crystal)

Don't bother zapping/stealing anything, come out swinging. Use a freezer first round and if you have the scrolls, keep them on ice while using your main attackers. As always rely on your healers if you're in trouble and I didn't see any magma during that battle so maybe throw a few Dark Magma Potions.

If you are using weapons that can take care of physical and/or earth, then they could.

Other than feeling tired, I guess I am doing all right. I am a bit anxious about becoming a father though.

Armond is tier 10 and I wen 10-1 against Tash fairly easy, what are you using set wise?

Okay, I bought those two crystals. Yes, I do have a swashy. Should I equip it? I also have a Lucent, would that be useful?

I've mostly been using Blackheart Blade and Reborn Icewand of Doom.

I got my first 5 with MCAB + Reborn Ice Wand of Doom + Terra Focujin. I would definitely try to replace Blackheart with something.
