That's wonderful news - I'm sure your Mom was happy to have her son visit. Hope the train trip back will be as uneventful for you, it is great that you handled the trip so well. Not sure how much of a challenge it probably was for you to make the decision to travel but am proud of you. Hope everyone got their Subeta news letter - new plot is abrewing. I've never really participetd in a plot here. Long hiatus. So I am looking forward to this!

Have seen you here in the past few months and always admired your HA's. Glad you plan to be more active on the site - do know how life intervenes and rewrites what we get to do.

When I started I was brought on by a friend and then lost interest. Last year my sister told me she found a new Petsite (we're both playing Neopets) and she wanted to quit to play on a more active site. She told me the name Subeta and I wanted to see if I could still logg on. It worked.

I passed on my "expensive stuff" and most of my SP to my sis and pqinted one of her pets angelic with one of my loyality boxes. So This made me stay a month to give the pet back safely.

During that month I figured out, I like it here so I stayed

Played on NeoPets until 2002 when it started going commercial and a bit on Marapets but not much. Then joined Subeta in December 2005 and now call it home, LOL.

It's so much nicer on here. The staff is nicer and I really enjoy being here. More grown up.

Absolutely - the first thing I fell in love with was the art work and then started a minion gallery and in when HA's became possible the wardrobe became another passion. Love doing the dailies, games and quests! When there are events I love the creativity of the plots. And yes, this site is more for the mature player - so much to enjoy! The Lair Bear group is a wonderful place to meet and connect in the truest sense with others thanks to Laurie.

Feel the same - at times I get bogged down by RL and am distant, but that just means its a rough patch and then when the sun returns so do I.

Good morning bears! Hope everyone has a great day. I've been sitting on the backporch watching the humingbirds chase each other away rom the feeder and relaxing. Have to work today until 8 but I hope to be back on tonight.

I try to find time each day, but with full time working, 5 kids and old and sick parents it's sometiimes hard

* waves back in pixels Hummingbirds are so tiny you must be visually close to be able to see them - would love to see that myself. That is harder than I can image. Finding the time for your self is a sanity saver. Can't fathom dealing with all that at the same time. For me when my Dad needed me to take charge of his care I was living a couple of states away in a steadily deteriorating relationship and that was when after 6 years he decided to walk away leaving me with the mortgage. He had lost his job and not very long after the branch office I was working at closed so I was jobless too. That was my long stretch RL cloudiest patch. So I divided my time between my dad and job hunting - there was so much to learn and do but that is when you step up. God Bless.
