Hello my brother! Busy busy day, Nica didn't want to stay with Josh so I've got 3 of the 5. Eli and the baby are at home with Ric's mom while he's at work. Their uncle is coming to my rescue. He's going to be here this afternoon with their dad and take the older 4 to chucky cheese (sp?) and a movie. I am exhausted but for my girls, I would walk thru fire so it's all worth it. They're having the time of their lives down in the sunshine state - that is florida, right? I think so.

Sicca sent me a pic of a plate of deep fried gator appetizers last night and I asked if she tried it - not a chance. LOL! I would have called her a chicken but I wouldnt eat it either so all I did was laugh. She did try the hush puppies tho. Then I asked her if they were made with real puppies and sent her off on another tangent. BWHAHAHAHAHA!

When I go to my wardrobe it's the new one, and it's been saved and also did the Wear Outfit thing, but on the forum it's the same Erik avatar I've had for over a year now. Oh well. Thank you for the luck! I managed to get both the mystical plushies, which were the two most expensive, plus I got all the Australia Day plushies save for the bird left to get. All that's left for me is the Cockatoo, and the two Celebration plushies and I'm DONE with them all! The trick will be to get those today. XD

: Redwall is for older children and it is about all kinds of small woodland creatures, including mice. It's like Wind in the Willows with swords and mayhem, which makes it more appealing to the older reader ( just entering the young adult arena ). I only discovered it after I already had two of my own manuscripts nearly completely written ( not finished mind you...) and I was amazed at some of the similarities between Jacques' books and my own. Very similar except all Brian Jacques weasels, stoats and ferrets are evil. All mine are good. His mice are warriors, my mice are food. His world apparently doesn't have humans, mine interact with the humans, his world is medieval, mine is current history...in a way, our stories have nothing in common whatsoever...never mind.

: I had a great lunch! I raided the pantry at the Skunk and Stoat Inn with an battery-powered can opener and feasted on a tin of sardines in tomato sauce and a tin of crushed pineapple...yum! The bag of noodles was a little dry and crunchy, but I had a handful of those too. Welly is away on a job and I'm afraid of our kitchen, so I hiked down to the Inn and sneaked in the back door. I hope that Hans and Trudy don't mind too much. I don't know what to do with the opened tins of olives, vegeburger ( disgusting ) tamale sauce, water chestnuts, and bamboo shoots. I'm going to eat the pudding even though it is kind of powdery.

The other things, if they pass your sniff test, let maddy or someone have some fun practicing their sword fighting techniques on them and nibble on the slices. Olives are quite good that way, so are water chestnuts. Pudding isnt really meant to be eaten straight out of the storage container, if you have a few drops of milk, mix some in the pudding in a bowl till its thick then put that aside. Mix the next batch to be thin and you'll have a bowl of almost chocolate shake to enjoy with dinner
