Thank you all for your thoughts and well wishes, Im ok. I jsut can't be upright for very long yet. It'll get better within a week. Tests confirm its vertigo, swimmers ear ? fluid on the inner ear caused by some virus which is what I thought in the first place once I could think. I still can not be upright, few more days and it shold be gone.

I got so violently ill in an instant I didnt know what hit me - by the time I got to the doctor my blood sugars went way out of whack by plummeting to 70, 71 which made me even sicker. The next thing I knew I was waking up in the hospital. They rehydrated me and got me what I need for the nausea and dizzy spells. Now to wait it out.

Im way beyone set with coins, thank you all SO much. I have to go, dont want to risk the room starting to spin again.

Vertigo attacks can be awful! Take your meds, drink lots of fluids, and rest!

Glad to see you in good spirits! Had vertigo one time about 7 years ago and would not wish it on anyone. Had ignored the mild nausea for some time and was taking 2 allergy meds that blocked the sinus infection symptoms I had. True, it does come on all of a sudden. For me, I was crossing this multiple intersection for a job agency interview and my head and vision just spun, very frightening. That I got across was a miracle - cut the interview short as I knew at that point I had to see a doctor. Just do the needful, sweetie.

I'm a very sad and worried person at the moment. Crockett had a lump come up on his chest and the vet says it does not feel like a fatty tumor. He's going in tomorrow to get it removed and tested. I'm praying that it's benign.
