oooooh dear this thread title definitely caught my attention. on the slim chance there would ever be a wild-knockoff jersey in the works, my interest would be at 100%

if i'm alone on that, i would actually still probably be interested in a stars design (being a native texan and all), depending on what your ideas for that one are

3. add an extra stripe at the bottom and make it red, white, red

i'd like the sleeves like yours also, so mine would be a solid color with then with the strips. my #'s red, the lace up red as well.

It would count, but the sleeves are red? So wouldn't it not show up?

as for stars, i'd be most interested in a home jersey (what can i say, i'm a sucker for green jerseys), and i've got to admit my experience with what constitutes appropriate changes for CWs is pretty much nil, so i might need your help on that one.

i'm thinkin change the logo to omit the D and just have it as a regular star (black outline, white fill. or hell, maybe gold fill? would that be significant enough of a change?), then i was thinking maybe change the stripe pattern to something similar to this one (except solid black, not that weird check pattern

in fact let me make a really crude mock-up of what i had in mind as far as general design goes. featuring me, 30 seconds, and a mouse.

then as far as players go, i'm not as emotionally attached to the stars roster as i would be for say, the wild, so can i just hop on the bandwagon and say seguin

That is a veeery helpful mockup. It certainly makes my life easier. But, seriously, even if you are the only one interested in a Wild jersey, I'll push it through, so plan on that one, too.

the way i'm looking at it, i'm currently interested in keeping the stars jersey for a pet TC, and the wild jersey for my HA. does the artist have item art completed for the first set? i'd be interested to see roughly what one of these would look like as a TC item :)
