I just zapped one of my pets (Math) and got a color/species change to a BloodRed Cadogre, so I visited my pets page and navigated away to my inventory. I got the same error message, but did receive the achievement for owning a BloodRed pet (no notification, but it appears to be credited in my achievements). Is there anything I should do to follow up? I did quests earlier and had no issues.
Edit: Interestingly, I just got the "You've earned the Raffle Winner! achievement!" Just fine for getting a ticket while making this post. Huh.
Thanks for giving us a warning! Even if it's a spotty error, that's nice to know before going in :)
As long as you got the achievement then you are fine.

I got this error when I completed blackout earlier, fortunately a simple refresh still handed my my ~25k im guessing this has something to do with when the site went down and getting a weird code error on a blank page before the "Subeta is down!" message earlier?

It seems it's occurring when awarding achievements. I defeated Decidiwi 25 times and didn't get the Summoning Branch. I filled a ticket because of the missing item.
Keith pushed a fix for this. It should be working now. If you got an achievement at the time and didn't get the item please file a ticket. Or if you turned in a map and got nothing file a ticket also!

Do the error codes that show in user profiles have anything to do with this?

No that is a separate thing. It should not affect gameplay. There is an error board for that in the P&B forum :)

I thought this issue was fixed earlier so I went ahead and fought Decidiwi to my 25 completion.</p>

Checking my achievements, it shows that I defeated him 25 times and is all green - but I did not receive the Deadroot Summoning Branch.
Err I'm still having this issue.
Earlier I got this once while completing cursed quests, and just now with Item hunt I got a fatal error. :( edit: by just now i meant 20 minutes ago. I got pulled afk for 20mins while writing this oops
