So sorry I've been so absent. I've had three close family members die in the past two months: my dad, my uncle and my brother-in-law. All very sudden and a shock to our systems. Of course my mom is mostly out of it but she senses things and knows that something is very wrong. She remembers occasionally that my dad died but mostly she is looking for him every day and is getting very frustrated at not finding him. They were married 60 years and he has been her constant companion all that time. I am struggling to keep both my mom and my household going, trying to keep my sisters from falling completely apart. I'm pretty much exhausted but have no choice but to keep going. Of course it didn't help that my sister's internet went out and couldn't get online at Mom's. I finally got that fixed Saturday. Only to come home and lose my internet because of a power outage. The company had to reset the whole thing and then I kept having trouble with the wifi. It never ends right? Oh well... I'm on the case and I'm sure that with all of us putting our heads together we will have no trouble coming up with the solution. I've spent all morning catching up on the case and working on it.
Atrueheart sweeps her hair over her shoulder and then straightens her shoulders with a look of determination on her face. Slipping out a magnifying glass peruses over the clues that her team has gathered and begins to make notes ''The game is afoot dear Laurie!'' she states as she grins excitedly at all the info gathered there.*

I like one and three, though I'm game for a combination of those or all three of the options. Urban fantasy is awesome! I like Charles DeLint, and I /adore/ Neil Gaiman! <3
Tanaka was the best! That picture cracked me up. ^.^;

Here, have some eye candy to cheer you up!

I "Nathan Detroit-ed" him up for you. Good ol' reliable--wink
Yeah, my mind wheels are clicking with this combo idea--makes room for all. (Course I am a browncoat as well as a fantasy lover.)

Clarify "browncoat" for me, would you?

Ooh I love the idea of urban fantasy or a more firefly-esque game (space cowboys Woot Woot). Honestly though, I'll be here regardless hahaha.
I'm all for something a little outer space. I already have my pilot ready to go. ;)
Browncoat is the name given to fans of the space western franchise Firefly. The term originated as a nickname to the fictional Independence fighters in the television series.
Laurie makes sure her little cub-panion is in good company before exiting the mansion, searching .. searching .. searching until she finally finds a solid length of pipe

Can I borrow for a little bit? I like her.. way of thinking.
Our Lair is proof you don't have to stand face to face to know you've got friends who stand with you when you need us.

Ah, I see. I have yet to watch that show. ^.^;;

I'm supposed to pick just one of those? but they all sound awesome o.0 lol. er, The "borderlands" I think lol though i really dont know
Browncoats unite!!!!! How do you know you are a true Firefly fan? You started watching Castle just so you could see Nathan Fillion again and catch the Firefly references he drops at least once per season.
Anyway...I like the idea of a mash-up of all 3 options, but if I had to pick just one, I would go with space adventure since it seems very different than what we did last year and could open up some new creative avenues. almost forgot to ping :/
, as much as I want to see more of your pilot and LOVED Firefly sighs I have to pick the Borderlands i.e. the first one with elves, dwarves, goblins etc. though wouldn't be too shaken up if any of the three are the final
, so sorry to hear..hold on and stay strong!
They all sound like great fun! All of them would make for an interesting adventure. But if we have to pick just one... Er, well. Hm. I will go for... 1! But I wouldn't mind a mash up of all three.
Hey now...I got a postcard from in the mail yesterday. Although it could be posted from the afterlife...I didn't look to see WHERE it was sent from. And , that wasn't the body of Tea, I was dumping into the lake...I wouldn't do that to poor innocent fish to feed on shakes head That was all the cake I have rounded up. smiles

I don't know what you are talking about with dragging bodies thru the woods.

girl. you tell to many secrets.
Lovely Ms. Rowan, are there more details/requirements to be announced about the Denouement Dinner? You know me, I take the dress up parts very seriously. ;)
Yes to all three of the above options. I love the ideas you have and of course I'm totally going to be in for WS3 :D
(Oh, yeah, whatever, it WILL include Tanaka. He's the eternal time traveling hero; he'll be around for sure--I do NOT have a death wish. 😃)
And YES....I'm totally going to wait for more Tanaka now <3

Thanks . I'm hanging in there.
Good to ''see'' you as well hon. Thanks for keeping me up on the plot. Posted part of my theories and questions on the thread.
This is a wonderful mystery and enjoying it so much. It's nice to think of something else even if it's just for a little while.
