I just pushed a change that includes user prices being readded as a sorting option.

I also just want to reiterate the reason this wishlist revamp was pushed out seemingly half baked is because it was necessary, Things like sorting (or showing every item you have on the site) are expensive operations and any wishlist that had more than ten items on it just didn't load. That was unacceptable coming up to Christmas and so this (much faster) wishlist were pushed so that they were actually usable.

"You have this item" will not be returning to wishlists.

Not likely. Searching your wishlist isn't nearly as hard on the servers is searching all of the items in your account.
