Haha no, that was at the bar two after that. A guy bought us a round of whiskey shots and someone spilled theirs? And we also had a few extra, somehow, so I ended up having more than probably my fair share, but no one else was going to drink them and I am not one to let whiskey to to waste. XD

Flower petals is so romantic. Rationally bubbles make the most sense because cost-effective and no clean up, but flower petals sound nice.

I went to see Larissa over Thanksgiving weekend, and look, she has a super cute Zelda-themed cabinet And Des Moines has a gold-plated capitol building Mmmm, Iowa wines (the Chancellor was my favorite, but Lucy Lane would easily be the most popular for non-wine-drinkers) There was a weird statue of a dog peeing And a super adorable wall at a noodle restaurant (mmmm ramen) We went to a Festival of Trees and Lights and had our picture taken as snow-women And also, on Santa's lap

And then on Thursday, I went to see Andrew McMahon in the Wilderness, Phantogram, and Weezer at the Aragon Ballroom in Chicago The line was really long, so these people took advantage of it and sold tacos to people waiting to get in Bill made sure that I got hooked up with pre-sale tickets and it sold out super quickly. Yay Bill! After AMitW and Phantogram played, a lot of the under-30-somethings left because ... fuck Weezer, I guess? But look, Weezer was really good. Really, really good And they played four songs off of The Blue Album, so really, Weezer just made me feel like a little kid again and it was awesome
