You get two levels every time you complete a quest (I mean, unless you're like super slow?) so if you have to quit one, it doesn't really matter?

I did one overly expensive quest (Just a bit over 100k, to confirm the 40 point thing) and I think there was one other that was out of my range (Nope, not buying a 200k elixir, thanks though) but the others were 50k or less (Like way less. Like 10k)

Those who are having higher priced items just seem to be having poor luck? (I'm only about level 70 though, maybe the items get more expensive the higher you go??)

Probably the poor luck? I am at level 18 (a bit higher if I didn't decline 2 quests) as I just entered the building few days ago. I couldn't remember the last times, but I don't think they were cheap. As I didn't plan to go back and did the quests if I didn't see this post.

And yes I had 40 points for completing each quest in the quick time. Once I received 35 points b/c I went to check my vaults and Wardrobe to see if I had the items.

The whole BB needs an update. It seems so mysterious and exciting when you cant get in and then you do and find out it's really lame. The prizes you get when you complete a quest are worth very little, after a few ranks the quests get freaking expensive unless you're lucky and the items in the shop aren't all that enticing either; the layout is also super horrible and dated.
