Oh well it is bound to happen. At least we are not forgotten. We got new challengers and BQs are getting some more attention, let's hope that the challengers added will really mix things up! Hmm I will hold out for a battle week or a war lol or hell both before the year is over! And hopeful we get the old Morostide baddies back again!

I really would appreciate Rouland this year, 9 more wins gets me a new weapon :O I can probably do it this year. I do appreciate all of the changes they are making, but cutting back the booster supply to people who use them isn't very nice. I never bought all that many, I would mostly rs/shinwa them all. so these changes hurt me.

It helps that we have two members of staff that is dedicated to battling. I wish they would put out a survey to see why more people don't battle and focus on drawing in more battlers.

Yeah I still need wins. I do have an M-Weapon but to win my own would be awesome. Here is hoping all goes well, I still want the chance for a Shriek. If they add an achievement I'd be fine with that too. Kinda like they did for GE!

Hmm I think battling will always be one of those aspects that you either like or you hate. Subeta has been trying to blur the line so that more people can enjoy it without feeling it's a waste, but alas it will most likely always be one of those things that will e divided.

Anything is possible though I suppose? Hmm funny how there has been no changes or add ins to Minion battling. I wonder if that got scrapped or it's simmering on the back burner?

yeah to some extent, but I think there are more people who would battle but don't because it isn't rewarding, which they could make some minor changes to make it rewarding (monthly prize challengers? achievement for getting a certain number of wins against a challenger that's an old challenger with a different name)

probably back burner, it won't be related to real battling so I'm not worried about it, nor do I care about it

Hm yeah but then again Keith said he wanted to have more challengers but the art was the biggest problem because it takes the most time per challenger. I still stand by my idea of letting users draw up challengers and loot in a contest would really be cool! The Bas still get to set difficulty levels and if the loot is a weapon they can code the icons and what have you. It would just be a contest for the art aspect. I got no yay or nay from Keith so not sure if the site would ever do such a thing or yeah.

that's why they should use old challengers. reuse art = easy. I support stick figure challengers until someone wants to draw something prettier.

I doubt it, they prefer to do CW stuff because there's a ton of interest there (not from me)

Jump in on convo. I'm for old retired challengers to make a comeback. Battle month. Each day bring an old challenger to battle.

What I would like is every month they pick a challenger (old challenger or one we have currently, just something they can reuse the art from), bring him out with the same art and everything, and just make his name "Monthly" or "Monthly Challenge" then his name (like Monthly Challenge Buttwings or something). They create a new achievement for getting x amount of wins against him, with an exclusive item prize. This limits the amount of the item going out into circulation. They can start with weaker challengers to draw in more users to get training their pets, but after awhile, it'll be harder challengers. This will really motivate people to train. Often is the case that it is cheaper to buy all of the prizes from battling than it is to train a pet and earn them yourself.

I haven't been playing Subeta much lately. Heck, all of my pets are still WAY behind on challengers (UltimateFriend has only maxed Aboxalypse, Arnold, Buttwings, and Flamagia so far).

It is kinda why I wish for a second battle week. We got several old challengers the first time and there is still quite a few they can bring back... -cough- Pirates and Islanders!!! -cough-

Ooo exciting, but also, I dun wanna confront meatslab in BQs! I don't have any wins on him, and definitely don't have the right weapons.

- I'm super behind too, even though I have been around. I've just been online enough for BQs though, no time to get regular wins. I did the three new challengers with 1,2, and 3, but only up to medium (and careaper, and ice king) with Endalin, and no one else has regular wins at all.
