Wow. Mathematics professor. Awesome. Math was not my strong suit. I'm glad I didn't have to go through core with my son. He's 19.

Just learned from grelca that now anytime you read a book to your pet, you&;ll get any AP you were owed even if you&;re not reading the book right on the multiple of 16. You still get an AP for every 16 points of intelligence, and you still need to read a book to activate your AP, but now you can read the book anytime instead of having to do the math.

I know right!? When my daughter was telling me about something to do with common core math being introduced into grade school first thing I thought was thank God I will never have to try and pass 6th grade again, I'm not sure I could.
Doc I'm on my phone or I would take a screenie of my notepad widget which says "Intel point 2400" lol! It was the only way I had to keep track of when to have the Lady read her next book til now!

this core math is horrible. what happened with doing the old fashioned way? I was having such a hard time with it, I was getting so frustrated with it. I was ready to throw it all out into my pool and let it drown. lol
Well with the new change I was able to get about 3 AP I had missed, feels nice to see that. Almost at 160! Also love that we got 3 new books today, so awesome to see more books in circulation. [edit] Unlocked Oracle Helper! She may be able to see the future, but she still needs your help on 1 of her quests!

Correct me if I am wrong... but that has been around a while.
Actually no... you only got the missing AP when you read your book on the 16th intel point only. Reading any books before that just added to your intel and nothing more.

Not for me... it has been working like that for a couple of months. I noticed because I had in my notepad to get 15 int then read a book on 16. But I was a moron and posted a copy and paste (from my phone) of my WHOLE subeta page (including notepad) onto a news post. I noticed the change when the red panda pet came out because that is when I did that. It was turned off not too long ago but it came back. Unless I was REALLY lucky and read a book every 16th point and did not notice.
i noticed the change when the antique shop was out, so i wouldn't be surprised if it was done even earlier than that.
