- It's hard to say for sure since it's such a new feature. Looking at it now though, it looks like they might be going for one card every ~3 months. The current card was released Jan. 23, so I'm kind of surprised they haven't announced its retirement yet.

tl;dr: I don't have a clue. :P

The second card was released on 10/17 (delayed for Morostide). But yeah I wish they would stick more towards the middle of the month range, but it seems like they kind of come out at/after the middle of the month, whenever staff gets to it :c
