Aw. That's what happened to our first cat. It was really sad. I was so attached to him but my mom had to put him down and I wasn't even there for it. That's not selfish. I would hope the same thing. Your friend would probably want to be there if something did happen anyways.

What's are you doing for the week? Do you have to work? I'm working Monday & Tuesday, but then FREEDOM! I really need the break.

I work tomorrow then I'm headed to my mom's house. We have some fun plans on Monday. I work Tuesday and Wednesday. I picked up some extra shifts so not only my paycheck would be bigger, but I would make some more tips as well. But I won't be working Christmas eve or Christmas day! But YAY for breaks! It's probably much deserved!

I have tons to finish before the year is out and just submitted by 2016 plan to my boss on Friday.

I'm glad you'll see your mom for the holidays. My mom can't come out for the holidays, but I saw her a few weeks ago on a biz trip to NY. I'll see her again in March or April. My husband, kids, bunny and I will attempt to not get out of pjs and do as little as possible. I'll even go over to my friend's in my pjs. :)
