Right now I'm halfway through Friends, again and also Supernatural. But I love The 100, Gray's Anatomy, Once Upon a Time and Last Man Standing

I only watched a couple eps of last man standing I think. I love grey's and once though!

What's The 100?

It's my favourite holiday too :) There's something just so magical about Christmas that other holidays can't compete with!

I've been wondering if I should get into that after I finish Scandal (my netflix show du jour) but it seems to have a rabid teenage fanbase, so I'm not sure it's my kind of thing. Friends and OUaT are in my top 5 fave shows of all time, btw, so I'm thinking you have good taste, heh.

Exactly, Jane is a great character, strong and likable. Muuch better than Cathy. I can't remember that character tbh, but I read it back in college. For a women's lit class, of course, hehe.

Criminal Minds is past it's prime now. It was quite groundbreaking in it's first 5 seasons or so, but now it's kind of devolved into the same plot every ep. I definitely recommend checking out the early seasons though!

The 100 is a post apocalyptic sorta thing, people left earth because of a war....I think, I have to research season 1.

Supernatural is pretty good, but it took 4 seasons for me to really get into it. I think I'm on 6 now and I like it a lot but its not one I could marathon like Friends.

I didn't really like supernatural personally. I don't like scary stuff popping out of nowhere :p

Me too, and now I know the characters so its easier to watch and the jokes make sense.

If supernatural is kind of scary and takes 4 seasons to get into, it's definitely not for me! I hate horror with a passion, and am 100% about instant gratification and marathoning.

By season 5 you'll probably be into the characters and just keep watching for that reason, heh. Just keep going until you get bored. It's a ratings juggernaut still after 11 seasons, so there are lots of people who still love it.

I cringe a little every time I remember there are eleven seasons. It's like it'll never finish. But it was on my list of shows to watch because it seems like so many people have seen it, like Gossip Girl and Gilmore Girls and a few others I'm still avoiding.

I know exactly what you mean about avoiding shows with a lot of many seasons. On my omg-it's-so-long-but-maybe-I-should-watch-it list: Buffy/Angel, Grey's (still unsure about the melodrama and deaths, but I really am enjoying Scandal), Supernatural (which is crossed off for now thanks to you two scaring me off it!) & The Vampire Diaries

Gilmore girls takes a certain type of person to enjoy, I think. It's a bit more of subtle, dry humour, but isn't laugh out loud funny. It's got a lot of heart though! It's very much a 'girl' show about love and growing up (IMHO). Also, it has Melissa McCarthy before she was famous!

I can't comment on Gossip Girl, though I know loves it. I'm considering adding it to my above list.

OHHH when you get over your cold try the new holiday flat white coffee c: so much delish. It's not very sweet though, so if you like sweet coffee try having toffeenut syrup added!

I guarantee grocery stores will have it in stock especially since it's winter/christmas time Errrg I haven't had one like this in awhile because of the setup of my classes

Buffy/Angel is a good one, more Buffy than Angel though, Gray's too, but there is a lot of death, basically the writer is getting away with a lot of murder. ;) I started Gossip Girl and haven't found my way back to it yet. Bones is another good one, the other side of Criminal Minds sort of. Actually, every time I watch CM I have have a moment of "Bones would already know all this, you should go talk to her Reed." But it gets pretty repetitive.

Haha, you have me pegged. I love the flat white, but I indeed heap in lots of sugar. I never thought about getting it with syrup though, that's a great idea. Toffeenut sounds delicious. About a month ago I ordered a few syrups online so I could make homemade flavoured lattes with my tassimo - they come in lots of really wonderfully weird flavours.

I'm thinking Buffy will probably be my next show, when I finish Scandal.

Funny you mention Bones, because that was one of my 'watch it when I don't want to watch anything else' shows for over a year. It's pretty unrealistic and very repetitive so it's hard to watch more than an ep or two in a row, but it's a staple :) Like Criminal Minds, it was way better in the earlier seasons. The 'ending' eps that suddenly get turned around so the show can continue are a tad annoying. There's been at least a couple of those now.

Oh we are flat white twins ~ Actually the barista at the time suggested I try it and I've fallen in love ever since. I usually just drink my coffee black though so I make my own coffee usually as well

I've tried to appreciate black coffee, but I just can't. I'm a double double type all the way. (Canadian speak for 2 sugar, 2 milk.) If I'm feeling extra healthy I can cut back to a 1 and 1, but that's it, haha :P I love single serve coffeemakers - they're an awesome invention.

I'm almost done (season 5 ep 1!) I love that netflix seems to be adding them on periodically as the season happens. (I'm not very patient :P)
