Hm, I guess I never bothered because with weapons with fewer mods, it didn't make so much of a difference. I might try your way for a bit and see if I like it. Though the parched blessing is worth it imo :o Not being frozen makes a huge difference.
I see :o It's a bit of a weird situation...
I'm actually doing okay on crystals for once XD I love that they made holiday items and retired items fraggable. Yeah, I usually have more expensive items in my other shop, but I had an orientation accident XD
I want those brain/heart/ribcage shirts :o I have most of the rest, though I sitll need a couple plushies.
Yeah, I'm waiting till it deflates some more for baking.
I see :o So did you not like your classes at uni?
Oh that's right you draw! Makes life so much easier for here aha. Mh, well you can always buy CSC with sp, though it'll take quite a lot of saving to do so :o Ah well I suppose you had your operation today then? Hope it went well :*
Hey peopleeeeee. Hope exams/life is going well for those of you that are silent atm :*
I realized that that wasn't what I wanted to do at the moment.
Is university free over there or did you have issues with like tuition fees to be paid etc?
Um okay. I was just wondering :o
Eep, getting you wisdom teeth out? It's probably over by now, since it's been a whole day... hopefully it goes better for you than it did for me. How are you feeling?
Signing a new contract is good though :) What do you do?
True, Korea would have been a good one, I was thinking Kazakhstan, but I have no idea what kind of visuals would go with that, haha.
True, when it's only a couple mods, it doesn't seem like much. But 9-12 icons is quite a bit - it's adding 20-30% to most of our weapons at this stage. But it probably won't make too much difference, not enough to beat new challengers anyway!
I've bought too many things with crystals, I think :P And the release lots of good stuff. But I agree, so glad they made holiday/retired items fraggable; I had so much junk in those categories I dumped for crystals. It just made sense for them to reduce the sheer number of junk items onsite.
Those are neat shirts :) I don't even know what I have and what I don't now... I should check some time.
Agreed on the baking prices. Unless there's an achievement or something, I'm just not into it for now. I'm not really a huge food collector atm.

Yup, I had it yesterday afternoon. Turns out my body does not take kindly to anesthesia. Still not feeling too great, but definitely better than yesterday. Thankfully though, despite one of my teeth being completely sideways, they were all in places that were pretty easy to get out, so the chances are complications were really low.
As for the contract, my boss finally sent it to me so I'll be reading over that and signing it once I'm not so woosy. I'm doing a sort of web design/development mix for another avatar website I'm a part of. It's my first job, but it's pretty much exactly what I wanted.
How about you two, how are you today?

yeah :( These new challengers are so rough. Oh well. At least I'm getting a couple battle tokens from cursed effigy, I gues syou are too!
Right? And some of the stuff were super cheap with the shop change. Would never have gotten so many crystals otherwise. Yeah :o I don't buy plushies though, so it's easier on me lol.
I do gourmet but that's about it. Yeah, you should XD Although to be honest, you'll probably only use one or two of them... Ever lol.
Aw, well I'm glad you're feeling a little better today! I've never had a general anestesia, but I bet I'd be TERRIBLE under it XD That's good news! I hope you're in the good odds! Complications are the most dangerous part.
Oh yay, I'm super happy for you! This is for the site that you were designing, and hoping they'd like your concept, yes? Agreed that you should wait till woosiness dies away to sign lol.
I'm good. The kitchen is almost finished, so I've spent the ENTIRE DAY cleaning/sorting/throwing stuff away/sorting stuff/putting stuff away. On the bright side, my mom's friend/assistant came down to help me, so it turned out to be much more fun than I thought it would be. And more productive!
Hah, hopefully not! It seems like most of the others I've talked to haven't had as much trouble with it as I have. I'm not sure why it messes me up so badly. Of course, hopefully you never have to find out, that would be the better option. And thanks, I hope so too.
Yes, it is~ He wound up asking me to do some of the basic coding for the page too, and signed me on as a new dev for the site. Thankfully as I woke up (and ate) some more the wooziness pretty much went away, so I felt good enough after a while to feel comfortable reading over and signing the contract. Turns out it's more of a volunteer thing, which isn't far off from what I'd expected, but I'm still getting paid a little bit for the work I'm doing. It's not much for the job in general, and when it comes down to it the money isn't really the point, but I'm still happy to say that I'll still be up $40 once I've finished with this project.
Oh, that's awesome! Definitely sounds like that kind of day I'd be able to enjoy haha. I'm glad you managed to have fun with it~

Aw, yuck, hope you feel better soon. Getting your wisdom teeth out truly sucks, I've been there, so I sympathize. At least it went as well as it can. Hopefully they managed to get the anesthesia working though, because I can't imagine going through that without!
Oh, that sounds like a really cool job, especially for your first one! I work in digital marketing, and the web dev stuff is always the most fun :) Being able to do contract/freelance can be really nice and give you lots of freedom. Will you be doing it distance?
Just got home from work, and am about to eat dinner, and watch some TV - I just got HBO go, so I'm kind of excited to dig into the HBO archives now that I'm caught up on Game of Thrones!
:) How are you these days, we haven't seen you around too much!
The gap between challengers just gets bigger and bigger! I'll have to look for that guide that sorts them by tier and see if I can beat any of the tier 9 ones now, but I doubt it, since I just hit it not too long ago. Yep, if I get lucky and get cursed effigy, I can get to 21-22 in BQ, but that's it. I haven't beat the non-BQ cursed effigy yet, though I haven't tried in awhile. I found he was harder, for some reason.
I noticed that too - there's a lot more super cheap stuff in the shops now. Anytime I see an item with lots of items under 75sp or so, I grab them all to frag. I've stopped buying crystal plushies, too, because there's just too many. must save crystals
Same on food collecting. I want the food achievements/titles. Beyond that, meh. I did make my battle pet my food pet, so I'm forced to feed him once in awhile and can't get too lazy though, haha.

I've been very good, thanks! :D And you? C:
Sorry that I took so long to reply! Classes have started and I need to get studying.
It's funny, because my mom and sis are suffering from their allergies, but not me. I think my immune system was just acting up that one day. Ohh, I see. I've never actually seen the BHH restock! D: It would be a goal on Subeta for me, haha
OOOOh that sounds so fun! I'm jealous! Meanwhile, I'm stuck at home. D: I hope you have lots of fun! :)
Ohh I see.
Same here! They start chirping at 4 AM, and I am just like -_- GREAT. THANKS. -Sigh- classes are starting D: And I already have A TON of things to do.
Thankfully I am starting to feel a bit better. The pain killers are definitely helping with that, too;; Agh, yeah, I mean the anesthesia worked... But now both times I've had it I've found myself throwing up for the rest of the day. Not fun.
Good to hear! And yes, thankfully I'll be going it long-distance, no meetups required. I wouldn't be able to do the job if I had to have transportation.
Haha, well I know I'm a little late in responding to that so I hope you've been enjoying it! I actually haven't seen Game of Thrones yet. I'll get around to it eventually... For now I actually have another show in my sights - The Flash. I've never gotten into any superhero stuff, but I saw a trailer for that series and thought it looked pretty interesting (which is saying a lot in my book, trailers usually don't interest me at all).

So glad your new job is going well! How long is your commute now?
It's about an hour, it actually feels really short now! And for Toronto, it kind of is. How is your job going these days? Are you happier?
Ah sorry to hear you went through that. Glad you're feeling a bit better. The extra strong painkillers they give do help.
That's a nice arrangement, so you can work on it whenever you have time, between other things you have going on?
Yeah, I really like GoT - I think it's gotten better the longer it goes on; you get to know the characters and get into all the storylines. At first it's a bit confusing! I've never been a huge superhero nerd either, but I've seen most of the big blockbusters. Spiderman was always my favourite (the early 2000s series), though I'm a fan of the Marvel cinematic universe and looking forward to seeing civil war. I don't watch many trailers either - I even skip TV commercials because of DVRing and netflix haha.
I'm good thanks, I got a new job... it's my second week, so I'm starting to get into a routine. After 4 years at my old job, it's a big change!

My commute is about an hour as well.. and I usually fall asleep so it doesn't feel like it either ;)
Things are going well! They let a girl go a while ago and things have been really positive since then. I finally am going to get a FULL paycheck next week 'cause I'll have worked two FULL weeks for a change. And I'm getting a lot of esthetic clients 'cause we're a bit understaffed in the esthetics so I'm getting a ton of tips. It's great!
Good morning I'm off today so I'll be around!
Ooh nice! I bet it is, hope it's a good change! :D
Hi ! waves
They do, but I'm trying not to take them too much. Apparently they're really addictive, and I'm not a huge fan of the drugged sleep they put me in. Thankfully though I have a really high pain tolerance so the pain isn't the worst part.
Yup, pretty much.
Nice~ Ha, yeah, some series are like that. Sometimes those are the best ones, though. I'm sure I've seen more of the movies than I remember, but at the moment I only really have knowledge of a few of them and I didn't find any of them particularly interesting. It's odd though, despite having never actually seen anything more than a few comic pages (and a bad cartoon animation) with Flash, he's seemed to be the one to stand out to me. As for Civil War, I'll be honest - that's only the second time I've heard anyone mention that movie.I didn't realize it was a thing until the other day. I guess it's one of those meshing of a much of different heroes and villains and such?
Haha, I think most people would probably skip commercials if they had the option. Personally I just stopped watching television altogether. If I want to see something, I watch it online.
