Afternoon! Hope everyone has had a good weekend so far! I spent all of yesterday at my Grandma's 90th birthday party. All my mom's huge family came out (she has 10 brothers and sisters :O) So it was nice to catch up with family.

So true. When you're a kid spending time with family is a hardship, the older you get, the more you miss it!

Here's hoping they listen to us! I'm thinking so many people are upset that they'll do something sooner than later, but we'll see!

I know, those limits are just pathetic. They better increase really, really soon. The fact that you'd have to put everything you own spread across 6 shops this way just seems dumb, too. And I'm not a gallery person, but I agree with everyone who says they should be basically limitless. There's no way they're slowing the site, as they aren't crawled every time someone accesses the site.

I haven't moved anything except my 30-item 'expensive crap' shop. I'm just trying to sell off as much as possible before the transition.

Yeah vesnali is pretty fun. You have to be active to get currency though since you have to pick up the flowers on site. Kinda like pumpkins except you need these to get vesnali coins.

Oh I didn't realise you had a GA atm. That's a good idea. I'm just going to waitttt it out I think XD I know it's kind of ridiculous how little response we've gotten. I mean, I know it's a bit of an angry mob, but now people are about as angry that there isn't an adequate dialogue as they were about the initial post. Also I don't know how I feel about GAs having double the amount of shops AND space in them. It seems a little over the top. It kind of feels like they removed GAs having double the amount of pets only to move this unfair system over to shops. And really it'll be EXACTLY the same because people with stock stuff (somehow, probably in the vault where things are hard to sort) get a 1 week GA put stuff in their gallery, let it expire and the stuff will stay in their gallery as is. /end rant. Idk. What do you think about GA/non GA privilleges? And how are you finding the new shops?

Aw, that sounds like so much fun! We're having my grandpa's 90th bday a couple weeks from now. It'll be hectic but a lot of fun I'm sure! (also the first time I see my sister in 4 months :D)

I just got one a few days ago. I cashed in one of the GA medals I got from the free shop awhile back, after the news broke. I figure they'll be more use now than after the new shops go live :/ I'm trying to get rid of my stuff now, more than anything, since I was in hoarding mode for quite awhile (I've really liked going 2-3 months with no GA then autopricing everything at once, and that just won't work anymore.)

I like the one new shop I have - but as I said, I'm only using it for my expensive shop I'd hand price anyway. And because I'm NOT hand transferring everything unless I have no choice. Beside, all my normal shop stuff would take up FOUR shops. As for what I like... you can use item hovers which is nice, and I like the new quickstock layout - they also seem quite fast. And it shows the estimated price for everything not just <5m stuff.

I don't think having double the shop space is that much of a boon to GA users. Especially when you're losing the power to autoprice ALL your crap at once. In fact, I think GA is becoming 'less' worth it. Autoprice is 99% of the point of GA (IMO.) Until you can fit most of your junk in your shop, I'll be hoarding and sticking to non GA.

I agree that right now people are just too angry for there to be a 'real' discussion. But there is absolutely no universe in which 250/500 items is reasonable. I truly like the idea of a limit - but these limits are just excessive. Besides, if the new shops are so much more efficient, they should e able to handle more items with less issues.

Happy birthday to him :) 90 is a pretty amazing age, if you think about it! Our grandparents were born almost a century ago! The stuff they've seen and lived through! These celebrations certainly allow you to catch up with the people you don't see often, don't they?

I added more items this morning. I found some sharks.

I bought a lobster for my fish tank today before I left work. I know I probably shouldn't have gotten it (since I have a tight budget because I was fired from my other job), but my fish tank has been empty for months (It's filled, just no fish).

Yeah it started on Friday afternoon.. sore throat, headache, achy.. and I wasn't SUPER duper needed at work today. I would have just stood around bored since there were like no appointments, so the other girl offered to just man the day on her own so I could take an extra day to recoup. I still think I'm not going to feel great tomorrow, though :(

You can feed lobsters frozen food or shrimp/lobster pellets.

I kept getting bad gateways this morning for half an hour. I was very annoyed.

We sometimes get them at the store. My boss ended up buying a bunch of babies from a customer. They can get pretty big. They molt and eat their skin because there's nutrients in it.
