My weekend was good. I went to a birthday party (actually a surprise party, which was fun) and tea at a castle in my city, with my aunt. (It sounds more special than it is hehe.)

It's a vesnali themed one. Often they release TCs in the token shop, but it's usually for a theme (like today's is all valentine's). Since that particular card is so inflated, I'm just hoping, really.

Go for it :) Most of them aren't too expensive. I think there's one expensive, and everything else is a few 100k at most (or it was when I did it). It feels nice to complete something!

That does sounds fun :) It was crazy crowded (it was a winterlicious event, basically a 2 week 'foodie' event every winter in Toronto), so that made it feel a little less classy. I did wear a dress though, haha. Some people went really formal, and some were in jeans, so it was very mixed.

I'll be sure to keep my eyes open for it ;) No benefits unfortunately.. but I have a chip in my front 2 teeth that I thought was maybe a cavity so I wanted to go get it checked out. $300 later they tell me it's just a chip, but want to fill it anyways so I'm going back in 2 weeks time to have that filled and they're taking a panoramic xray of my head and will likely tell me I need my wisdom teeth out. So in all for these 2 appts it'll be like $550. Ick. It hurts me. xP

I just made a hot chocolate and now I'm going to settle in and finish up my quests! How about you?

Ouch, that hurts your wallet more than your teeth, I imagine. Every time I go to the dentist, it's $10-20 out of pocket, which isn't a huge deal, though I haven't had a cavity in decade or so. I thought most full-time jobs came with benefits. I can't believe you aren't getting even basic dental as a store manager!

If you haven't had your wisdom teeth out yet, you probably don't need them out (aka they're not impacted.) I had mine all out when I was 16 and it was the worst two weeks of my life. If you don't absolutely need them out, avoid it!

And about the wisdom teeth they've been toying with the idea of taking them out for forever.. I had braces a long time ago and my teeth have shifted a bit since and the doc today says it might be because of my wisdom teeth :/

I'd have thought a manager position would be. I mean, almost anything full-time is; like, even fast food managers tend to be salaried. Is anyone at your salons salaried? It seems like a major oversight that you're not entitled to benefits :(

I had braces as a kid, too. Apparently I have a small mouth, so I had no hope of my wisdom teeth coming in right If you do get them out, make sure you take a few days off work, because it seriously sucks. I looked like I had the mumps for a solid week, couldn't eat solids or talk!
