Not usually, I put all my day's sP in my vault at the end of the day, so I usually only carry less than 3m, or whatever cash I make from my daily quests. When I say I dipped into my vault savings I just meant I spent a big chunk of it :)

If someone is selling a wig that's in the pawn shop, they often discount from pawn shop price so you'll buy from them instead :D And I've seen this one around.
