I was relieved to see that, too. It was such an awful feeling not being able to drive when it seemed like I was the last one left who couldn't. But I always felt better when I kept the Gandalf quote in mind: "A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to." c: Things will happen when they're meant to happen.
Also, since you're 21, you might be able to practice driving with other licensed drivers who are old enough, like friends for example, if that would be easier for you. I learned so much better with someone who could be patient.
And if you're going the speed limit and that pisses other drivers off, they can pass you or deal with it, it's not your problem. They're not worth the energy you spend worrying about them.
