I've been noticing subtle changes since it first started happening, so I think they have been actively working on it for awhile now.

At least it's just an annoyance and doesn't really prevent much. :)

That looks like the normal size of the site (11px).

I would suggest using customCSS to make it bigger.

We're going to have a few growing pains over the next few days while we test out and get ready to implement v1 of the major css library we use. Unfortunately while we're testing it we have to make changes to our live CSS (styles.css) to match it, and that means some of the site gets a little wonky.

The event problem is due to upgrading our live events (the little bubbles that pop up) to the newest version of node which powers it. It was running version 0.7, last night I pushed changes that moved it to 0.10, as well as the other libraries behind it. Unfortunately that required actually changing a lot of the code, which means one or two things (like weird numbers of events, this not game breaking) pop in. However, it also means that the time taken to connect to the socket is about 75% less now, making pages faster.

We don't make changes just because we feel like it. We make changes because we have to. The CSS problems are from updating our UI library where our current version is depreciated and no longer supported by the developers. That means if something is wrong in the javascript (like how comment boxes appear halfway down the screen) there is no way to have it resolved without updating to the newest version.

We are still looking into it. The CSS is a bit messy. :(

I just pushed some (hopefully) fixes for this. Ping me if you're still having this issue!

I believe so, otherwise it would stretch the sidebar. That's how it shows up for me.

With the new change to the deleting of events, has this gotten better? Mine seem to go away a lot better.

Your events shouldn't even look like that anymore. Take a look at Evy's post. You may want to clear your cache and restart your browser.
