Which bg? The Village Inn Bg was released by and it is public, but you would have to check her release thread to see if there are any more available slots, I can't recall how many batches were released. There were also two other colors/tints of it.

I have no clue on the space dust bg, except that it's locked in 's CW shop.

I tagged her for the Village one because that's the BG she was given credit for drawing. Thank you for the info :) I'll go check out the thread.
