If you can never ping the newcw group how does it ping to let people know of a new CW? For instance, when I release a new CW, who pings that group to let them know there is a new CW?

New CWs are posted to this thread by after they have been approved and added to the site by Subeta. You can actually check for "new CWs" on SubetaLodge, or even going into your Wardrobe and filtering "Show CW Only" > "Show All Items", then sort by "Added to Site".
