What an elegant dress o Instant WL'd Does anybody know where I can find it for sale?
I think disasters commissioned an artist to do it but im not sure of the details. not sure 100%

Disasters did release it, check her shop, she'll probably put it there. I think I saw a post about it in her thread recently, I think it was probably a public recolor, so you can check it there. I'll link to the post if I find it.
I hope she puts it in her shop soon! I couldn't find the dress in her thread :C
This post. It's capped at 4 batches per recolor, I think she slotted first batch and whatever doesn't get filled will be put in her shop most likely.

Nope white is public ;) it along with the black and blue are in my cw shop since I wont be on much for a couple days :) I'm trying to do more public releases and less private :)
