Mine today didn't have much time before they had to leave, but they sent me a much wanted wishlist item and let me know they were going, which makes a nice change! Hopefully they like what I sent back and will return later for more fun.

OK, so it turned out that yesterday's one was a nice person, just from a totally different time zone. Eh. And today's doesn't seem to be that nice at all - well, nothing unpredictable when I think of my experiences from previous years. Wish me luck tomorrow, and have fun all of you who got active partners.

Not sure what's happening to my MM, but it seems rather miss than hit today. Well, I'm feeling generous, anyway. A couple more gifts won't make me poorer.

My MM turned out better than expected. They were initially slow to respond and only gifted a few very cheap items, but we ended up having a few rounds of exchanging items, and they did prove to be much more generous and creative. They seem to have disappeared now, though. Shame.

That sucks! I'm struggling to think of a worse possible response from a MM. Chin up!

Always love MM, the new messages this year are so nice so I don't have to hope they understood my last sleep-themed item to mean I'm going to bed.

I don't know why people complain about not getting as good as they give, that's hardly the point of the season. :( I remember when I first started playing Subeta (many, many, many years ago... cough), I had a lot of really great MMs, but felt awful that I could never send them as expensive as items. It's so nice to finally be on the other side of that! <3

My MM on the first day was really inactive, which made me sad because I want to spoil them! This MM today was pretty nice but after a few gifts said she/he had to do, so I bombed them with some nice gifts, and hoping that they'll be back later tonight. I just want an active MM because I have so many nice things I want to bomb them with! It's not like I'm expecting nice things back I'm just hoping to maybe give someone with low sp some nice items so they can sell them or do whatever with them. Ah, well, maybe tomorrow?

I didn't hear anything from my MM for about a half hour today, then got one present back. Two less-than-stellar MMs make me not want to continue this each day, which I had planned to do.

I've sent mine for today, have homework to do :) But I tried to make the presents nice. Hopefully I'll get back something too. ;) but if not, maybe tomorrow. ;P

Well two days in a row where I've had MM's that disappeared within 15 minutes of gifting. Why sign up for MM right before going to bed for the night? That means all day today I'll have no one to do gift bombing with. I'd sent quite a few nice gifts, got a few back then poof. Oh well, maybe tomorrow will be a better day.

Ok first time getting an active partner... and they sent me back what I sent them. :C womp womp

I feel really really bad for my MM. Because they're being really sweet and generous, but I've got barely anything to give to them.

And I've got no clue what they would like. Do they want HA items? Or would they prefer items for their pets or collections?

Today I got a partner who maybe thinks they're being really funny? I get sending a few themed items in a row to make a point, tell a joke or something (& I do that a lot)... but sending 30+ of the same kind of junk just doesn't make me laugh :/ It's not about the value of the items obviously, is the lack of communication/reciprocity and thought put into it. Just bombing people with random stuff isn't the point of this, I don't think. I don't even know what to keep sending them at this point.

Yet again my MM has poofed after sending 1 or 2 items. :( I don't mind about cost, I just want to know someone's there to have fun with and giftbombing wars. :(

I am really glad I dont participate this year...I never have had a nice MM while I spended too much on it myself...

Y'know, earlier I said I didn't mind gifting expensive things, but I think the problem is I don't really have a lot and I feel like my MM is always expecting me to send themed items or to be clever and send responses. I kind of just want to be nice and send my own items at my own pace. Also these past 2 days they've just disappeared on me after a few gifts. What's up with that?

So today was my first and last MM this year. I've sent my stuff and I am broke now. :D I hope the person liked them. It was really fun. Now I have 22 days to save money for luminaire presents.
