A few months back, the issue of the Winter Layout came about to where people who had it unlocked, had lost it, After a few months the issue was finally resolved. But during this time that the layout was broken for those who unlocked it, those of us who had been working our way towards unlocking it, lost all of our data in the achievement list. This was suppose to be the year that I was going to get the layout, I was stoked, Luminaire is my favorite holiday and working towards that layout has been a daunting task, and I was excited to finally be able to get the layout, now I fear I have to start all over again.

Is this something that can be fixed? Or do we all really have to start all over again?

I also know I'm not the only one who has lost their data count, and its extremely discouraging, and its even more discouraging to know I asked when the issue originally surfaced and it went ignored.

[My current counter is 2/1000 because I released 2 yesterday, but this is seriously discouraging.]

I really hope this issue gets addressed.

I lost all of the fairy's I released too. It took me so long to get so many released, I am sure that I would have gotten the layout this year too. Right now I am at [2/1000] Fairy's released because I found two of them floating around.

I hope this issue can get resolved somehow and somehow soon, because starting all the way over will just suck completely. And it would be almost impossible to even get the required 1000 released during the event now without being on here 25/7 finding them floating around or buying them for sP or finding them in the donation center.

Mine are gone too. I'm down to 5/1000, but 441/500 found on the other achievement, so I should be at 4-500 released. Though this happened to me with the Pumpkin Deleter a few months ago, and I filed a ticket and got it resolved so I'm not too worried [edit] I clicked the link and it said it updated my count, but it didn't actually update.

Same, mine is gone too and says 0 / 1,000. If I press on the star no prize pops up, I think it was the site theme which I thought I had got but I may be mistaken...

now it updated to the correct value, it seems I was mistaken about having it already...

I have used that link at least 5 times (6 now since I tried again) since the revamp and not once did it fix this particular problem. It says it updated it, but it's still at 0. I had freed 625 fairies.

I clicked the link you gave me and imported the missing achievements I had =, and it gave me the Fairy Catcher one (You had 562 in the old system for the achievement Free all the Fairies! and 2 in the new system. We've updated you to the higher value!) But when I check my achievements page it still says I have 2/1000

I just did the re-import, however it didn't update the Free all the Fairies (still only showing 6/1000) and it also did not update my Matlal's Jewels Cumulative Score to reflect my old points. Those two are still the same. The other three fixed this time around.

I did what you said to do as well Rasputina and it says it updated it but when i actually go and look at it, nothing has changed. Should I still file a ticket?

Same issue here, also having it with Mass Recycler now I've noticed.

As it's not updating either. Tried to update approx. 5 times, keep getting those two over and over and neither actually updating.

Oh my gosh these achievements v_v I can't imagine dealing with it on the other end trying to actually fix it!

So my catching faeries was fine, I think, at 395 but freeing was at 0. I hadn't touched the import button since I heard you all mention that it could null your new achs ages ago. But, a friend told me the other day that now it is being recommended to import to fix this. So I did, and it took away the listings for all luminaire achs except 3. Not reset me to zero, just removed them completely. So I did it again and they came back and gave me 84 for releasing (yikes have I been that lazy?... likely) but turned catching to 12. So I did it again and it flopped them back. Then it looked like they were both updated, but when you click on my 84/1000 it says zero. Now it's back to only showing three achs at all and catching is at 12 and freeing isn't listed.

Oiyvey... I'll make a ticket once my kidling is asleep...

[edit] Okay now they are all there, they show the larger numbers (395/84) but when you click on either faerie ach they each show the smaller numbers (12/0)...

Hey hun I know you've had trouble with this, maybe this topic can help.

Tried again:

Checked - still not accurately updated. Faeries are still only showing 25/1000 and Matlal's is only showing 16950/2500000

Updating didn't actually update my Achievements either, I'm still at a lousy 7/1,000 while I was close to 700 before. Subeta, I hate your new Achievement system...

My fairy achievement didn't update, either, even after the message saying that it did. The same for two or three other achievements.

I've tried updating it at LEAST 3 times with no avail.

It says I had 130/1000 in the old system and 6 in the new. It's still only showing 6. cleared cookies and cache and it hasn't done a thing :/ please fix this! I also hopes these 6 will be added to the 130 for the inconvience. otherwise I would've saved them. No more releaseing for me

Same issue here even after clicking to update. Apparently I had 247 in the old system and 12 in this new one.

I'll check the other ones it claimed to update later and edit this post if those ones are still messed up too.
