I'm not saying we won't make a more in-depth guide somewhere else, but that specific newbie guide the battle admins wanted to keep simple so it wouldn't overwhelm new users. :) I'm all for making a page with more information, but it's a delicate balance of actual useful information and information overload, you know?

[edit]

To go into a little more detail -- I would love to have guides for our different features, like in-depth battling. It's just a matter of going about it the right way. The user guide that is linked on the training page is absolutely fantastic, seriously. I'm in no way a battler, but that guide really put a lot of things in perspective for me last night when I was working on the training page. I wish we could've been able to have what I did pushed live, but it would've had a lot of downsides (seriously there was an information-overload situation going on where users would have to scroll a lot to get to put their pets in training). I'm toying with working with a battle admin and the user who made the thread (because I don't want to just steal their work, but seriously they explained things so well haha) to make a more in-depth guide that can be linked in the BC + the newbie guide.

Also, I really doubt we'll do your suggest for Subetapedia because that really is our lore section on site.

I don't know if this has been mentioned, but confirmation pop-ups for a few item actions (like redeeming Subeautique Invites) just ask "are you sure?" It would be helpful if it said "are you sure you want to insert action here"

And related to this, there's some weird stuff when you try to stick someone with a sticker:

  1. The confirmation dialogue is vague, as mentioned above.
  2. You get the confirmation when you click "Add to Friends Sticker Collection", but not after you've selected a name. It makes more sense to put it there to confirm who you're sticking it to.
  3. The buttons on the recipient selection page say "Send to buddy", which implies something entirely different from what you're actually doing (adding it to their album).
