Hey! I know this took me a lot longer than it should have...I have been working on it on and off along side some other things. I wasn't 100% sure with the coloring and I just went loosely off of the reference you provided and tried to go with what you explained. Though when I went back to look at the reference for the feet, it wasn't working any more.

If this isn't what you were wanting at all, please tell me and I will do what I can to fix it for you. :)

Hi! I was wondering if you would take a stab at Newbie. She is a Chibi Kumos and basically I was wondering if she could be a transparent bg, darker blue, have a pencil in her mouth and glasses. Also is there a way to make the image sharper somehow? I know the art work for the chibi kumos is very outdated but I'm not entirely sure how to "improve' on it without having someone redraw her completely and I don't want to go that route. :x

[edit] Oh! I also had another question- Are you able to make minion BGs transparent? I would totally pay you for it, I just have no skills in this. :x

Hello! I can definitely do the recolor...as for sharpening the image, I could spruce up the shading, unless you were wanting a few more tweaks? I always go over the outer line art so that I have more of a seamless finish once I make the background transparent (it can mess up the lines), so the minion wouldn't be too hard...I've done a few before in the past.

And also, are you particular about what shade of blue? I need to know how dark to go...and also perhaps a reference to what style of glasses would be helpful. I'd just like to try and be as accurate to your idea as possible.

You nailed the markings :D Could you just add some black ink Similar to this On the tip on the wings and around the end of the tail? Sorry if that wasn't clear in my original references

I'm actually re-thinking the glasses honestly. Instead I had the idea of maybe having books instead? I don't know if you add items or not, or draw them on, I just had the idea of like a stack of three books. Kind of like this or this. But just 3 in colours like the 2nd photo.

As for blue, for the darker areas and for the lighter areas, I think those two blend well together. I like the white parts on the chibi design already. c:

Okay, so I don't think it's a complete re-draw, since, I plan on keeping the same pose, and just need legs added on so they are a little longer, and his head larger, recoloured and a couple things added in. BUT, just let me know if it's too much. Dx

The idea is that he's in a display case in a museum. I want the image on the left side of the page. The colours, blood, overalls, longer legs and other details will come from THIS image of Robbie the Rabbit. I want him to be sitting in a small wooden chair, or just sitting, in a display case with red velvet along the bottom, and a glass display case drawn in the image as well.

As I have told everyone else, I will be working on overlays off and on through Feb., but I will be really busy with other artwork...so I hope that's alright with you.

Well, seems a bit of a tall order..but I can do the best of my ability. Which pet am I working with for this? :) I can attempt it, but it will take a while..I will probably be starting on it after March 1st, depending on my other orders..I'll be busy with some other artwork and have to take commissions a bit slow, though I am still working on them. If you need it done really quickly, I sadly can't start right away.
