SO happy staff got around to posting about this. I saw so many people since the new CS background releases thinking that the backgrounds having no cutout was a bug. I'm happy there was an announcement about it.

I see you told Sexy to go to the Beta wardrobe first and put it behind the base. I tried that last night and it didn't work for me. Though what did work was making the HA without the background in the old wardrobe, saving, and then going to the new wardrobe to put my background behind my base. I don't know if anyone else has this issue, but it worked for me. Otherwise the background still covers the base in the old wardrobe if you put it on first.

I'm in the same situation as . I mainly access the site through a tablet and cannot drag and drop layers. An easier way to do this would be awesome! c:

@ Amber Currently when you save an HA with one of the new backgrounds in your wardrobe with the save outfit feature it will not save it correctly (beta and regular).It will either A) save it with just the background and a naked featureless HA or B) with the BG layered over the base. Is this something that will be fixed in the future ?

EDIT: This does not pertain to saving to wear the outfit but to saving the whole HA to reuse at a later time.

It is all due to drawers. Both they and the sorting options are broken in beta. If they show up in your old wardrobe, you own them. They are just hard to find in beta. All you have to do is search the item, or go in the drawer to see it. Most wont show up in newest items. Especially as that is even more broken than the latter.

I agree with mistress and headphonz that the lack of drag on tablets which many users are using, including myself, means these bgs are pretty much useless. Im still bummed there hasnt been an arrow feature added to accommodate that D: many of my friends are mainly on tablet devices these days. I cant even use the hair salon being as that needs to drag also.

Saving any avas in the beta is broken lately. I have had some save like that also. Especially if you had a saved ava, worked on it, and saved. It would only save the new items added. Not the ones loaded from a save.

- I have tried searching for the items in Beta and it doesn't show up that way either. For now, I'm making the HA portion in the old wardrobe then adding the background in the beta. Working so far. c:

Dang that sucks, I have some like that also. As long as you have them in the old at least you know you own them! Not sure if it would do anything, but maybe remove them in the old. Then when re added maybe the beta will read them as there?

Yw! I hope its fixed. I have. Lot of unfinished avas I want to work on haha. At least its not just a problem with specific items. More just overall.

It's an exciting new feature and I really enjoy it when it decides to work.

This is probably my favorite update ever, at least for avatars. A thousand thanks to everyone involved in making this happen. I can't wait to see what other backgrounds will be released without cutouts! I just hope I'll still have internet to enjoy them all

I just took all of my CWs out of my drawer and now I can finally search for all the items I couldn't find before. I never once thought to check to see if drawers were the problem. Thank you very much for posting that!

Oh yay! I should really just delete drawers I guess. It might be hard to find stuff but if that fixed it at least its better than items missing!

maybe there is a way to notify people who had this prob in the bugs forum that if they move items out of drawers they are no longer missing in the beta wardrobe? I know its been one of the hugeeee issues lately.
