I, for one, like that it's a bit more of a break. While I do agree that I haven't seen that many floating items (I too, use the CSS for the floating item on the left side of the screen), it's a nice and calm holiday in between Morostide and Luminaire.

Yeah, I generally don't mind the slower pace of Fireside -- I don't need a plot or anything. But I would like A) more floating items and B) to get rid of the frakking THE RED RREIGN GIVES YOU HIS BLESSING! thing. Like screw you, buddy, give me my items and stop messing with my HA.

Fireside has always bored me and in the last few years I'm not sure why it's not just renamed to How To Train Your Dragon Event. :P I'd like to see a greater diversity in the dragons at least.

Now that Fireside's end is near I think I can definitely say that I'm disappointed. My list of why's:

-The floating items are too rare this year. I'm here for an hour now, I'm currently doing my quests so I'm clicking a lot and still I only saw three floating items so far.

• The Red Rreigns blesses me more often that I can tell so I'll have to buy most of the items he gives out, especially the Totems. Not even the Hawk Totem I'm wearing I got from the Bonfire but bought it from another user.

• The "Be burned by the Red Rreign!" achievement. I managed to get burned nine lousy times up until this point, he clearly prefers to burn my items this year. Too bad there's a reward for being burned now...coincidence or not?

• Lack of food items. In past years we had so many awesome items but this year? A few we can get from Charity and then there are five restockable bread items. I get that it's not always easy to come up with new items every year but when it clearly works for clothes and plushies why not for food?

So yeah, sorry to say but I'm pretty much done with Fireside at the moment. Used to be my second favorite event but this year frustration clearly won over enjoyment and not even the pretty Reborn Noktoa can fix that for me.

The stupid 'burned' achievement is an example of my least favorite kind of achievement. A repetitive, mindless task, that is pretty much impossible without having hoarded a crapton of the items needed or spending a small fortune. I have managed 46 of the required 100, and it looks like I'm not going to make it this year unless I break down and buy a boatload of wreathed items, which irritates me mightily. We could skip this entire holiday next year as far as I'm concerned (except I will need to finish up this stupid achievement, so...)

Yeah, half the time I don't bother to click the floating items when they DO show up because 1. I know I'm not going to get the achievement this year and 2. I seriously hate this type of achievement.

I'm disappointed that we still can't donate pumpkins to Fantine again this year.I haven't gotten all the achievements or the achievement items for it,and I don't understand why it was retired.

I'm disappointed that all I got are mostly useless wreathed figurines that you can't wear,or put in your plushie collection.Why can't they have been made wearable,like the old rreign figure my HA is wearing?Especially the ones doing head stands.

I'm disappointed that most of the time that I burned an item,I just got blessed by the rreign and nothing more.And I was disappointed there was mostly copies of the same figurines and plushies,and that I haven't gotten the other totems.And Fireside is about to end.Ditto on the lack of books.

I'm a wee bit sad that the cash shop hustler isn't going crazy for black friday like last year, but I guess that's not strictly a fireside thing...

I agree with these sentiments, I have just managed to get the burned achievement, but the plushies are so hard to get this year, its cost me a fortune, I know Im silly for buying them, but I was so near and its ending soon. Does anyone know if the Fireside layout is still the prize for giving him 1000 items? Im 200 away, but ive already spent millions. In England we'd say it was "a bit of a damp squib" quite apt really :0( At least the food baskets are useful.

I really wish the floating items showed up more often. This event for me has been dragging by painfully slow. I really don't have all day to sit here and click mindlessly in hopes of finding a floating item or two. Yes I understand not flooding all the pages with them, but it would be nice if they could be increased a bit.

I am mostly disappointed at the lack of floating items. I really was hoping this would have been the year I finally got the autumn sidebar, but I am getting so few floaters there is no way.

The lack of floating items is whats doing it for me, i have managed to come across 4 floating items the entire event, and with it coming to end this weekend i'm upset about this. I haven't had the chance to work towards the new skin, which is something that I wanted. I'm super disappointed in this years Fireside.

Yeah I gotta say I'm kinda disappointed. I know we had a pretty kickass Morostide, but I'm bummed about the lacking Fireside. We didn't get any new books or minions 😒 Damn near all the new bonfire items were wearables with more old and worthless wearables thrown back in (I'm looking at you, Pixy set).

Also count me in as one of the people sad we didn't get any new Fireside themed achievements 😞
