I didn't even realize this had happened until now, I'm really sorry. It was absolutely not a way to try to dupe anyone out of CSC. I have been in charge of retiring and bringing back items lately, while has been working on releasing more new items. I had a list of the items to bring back, but didn't get to quite finish it up due to a family emergency. She did an awesome job finding some great things I'd missed, but since she isn't as familiar with the newly retired items as I've been lately, this did unfortunately slip through the cracks.
actually made us a new tool pretty recently that has really helped us with cash shop items. When we add items now, it logs the date correctly, so it's easy for us to see when old items were released, retired, their prices, etc. It didn't work retroactively, so we don't have as much data in there as I'd like. I'm really hoping we can dig and get the accurate (or close to it) dates so we have literally every cash shop item on tap so things like this don't happen again. Unless can work some extra magic, it will likely be something we do by hand, but I can definitely do some tedious work to get that going if need be!
Really sorry again. My last minute absence during the sale put an added layer of stress to both and our customer support team, because had I been here I would have been able to grab a lot of the tickets that arose. deserves a medal right now for the incredible amount of work she's put in over the last 24 hours. I don't have enough fingers or toes to count how many tickets she has plowed through.
Did you mean to ping me? Rasputina was the UA on when the initial issue with the cart happened, so she's handling a whole bunch of tickets right now regarding it. I'm not super caught up in the current state of that affair as I was gone, but I know the programmers and UAs have been working really hard on getting it handled. I know it wasn't something that could easily be checked out by a UA, but I believe that was fixed!
