will items be made redeemable as bases? i.e. Genetech skin, Invader skin, etc

I love, love, love this idea! Having it in a storyline/plot situation would be a marvelous idea! I can even see it as a plot for this Pandemic! LOL! I already have a potential plot line going through my head about this XD

I also agree that just opening the Den and Underground up to everyone randomly would be a rather odd way of doing it.

I just wish we weren't moving away from the whole zombie world and story (which is what it feels like is slowly happening). There's so much more that can still be done and it's just such an integral part of our Subeta life here. I really do miss the real Pandemics and all that went on with it. I didn't like the thought of it in the beginning back in 2012, but once I experienced it, I didn't want to go back. I loved it so, so much. I'm willing to bet there are hundreds of players that feel the same way.

I am really enjoying the option of having normal skin after 5 years of trying to cover up. I just didn't want to lose my skin as a status symbol and source of income.

I love it but I wish I'd have known BFOre I healed my zapped and zombie skins :( I loved my skins but wanted a nose so badly that didn't come with the makeup kits. Lol

I'm glad retroactivity isn't a thing. I, for one, have been holding onto a zombie skin for close to 6 years now.

I would find it very disturbing that someone who chose to have a normal Human Avatar all along by curing, and hence didn't have to put up with the annoyances of layering over a zombie skin could be rewarded one just because they want to ? People have made sacrifices and compromises to be able to keep that privilege for themselves. You can't have your cake and eat it

I am happy this feature came out and I am happy that it is not retroactive. I chose every year to cure myself in order to be human again. Some people did not have kept their zombieness because they liked it and they had to deal with having it all this time. Now they finally have the option to be human again if they want and still have their skin. To me, this is a prize for them for all their hard work. Knowing that someday I could keep my skin and be human too, I still would have cured, it wasn't worth the effort.

I agree with you. I've had my love bug skin for as long as I remember and I was mega pissed when it was stripped. Glad I was able to wander into the wardrobe for the first time in forever to get it back

My only thought about it is that I wish it had been implemented before this year's Morostide. I zapped myself quite a few times and I would have loved to have those skins unlocked.
