I need a bookshelf and a sleeper sofa, for my new computer room at our new house. Some shelves for the wall would be nice too.
But what I really, really want is a new computer. A Mac. No offense to the PC I'm typing this on, really. pats it But I'd really like to be able to play Sims 3 and have more storage space and not get viruses and all that. I'd also like to start freelance graphic designing, but this current PC doesn't let me run Photoshop. The problem is, the Mac I want (that I put together on their website) is $1800. There's no way in hell I'm getting that for Christmas, lol. Hopefully I can save up and buy it for myself soon though.
All I want for Christmas is my boyfriend. I don't care for material gifts... Although I would love some eggnog. XD
Socks. New fluffy socks. I get so excited when people get me socks, haha. I love them.
Hot chocolate would also be nice and maybe a new controller for my N64. :'D
... and that's all I can think of which is why people get mad at me.
You don't need a Mac in order to play Sims 3 (in fact, PCs generally work better for games than Macs do). You can get a PC with a TON of storage space for a LOT less than a Mac would cost and you'd be able to run your games and applications.
Yeah, I know, I'm just sick of all the problems PCs tend to have. I had to learn how to remove certain malware myself because it was getting too expensive to keep taking my PC in. They seem to be malware/virus magnets and I don't go on any "questionable" sites, lol. I just generally like the workings of a Mac better anyways. I think they're a better product, more stable.
I want a fucking soda stream. We've been waiting four years to get one.
Kidlet neeeeeds an electric blanket for her room, badly, though. Hoping I can snag one on black friday. So the soda stream might have to wait another year, necessities first.
I'd love a bean bag couch and a new vibrator or three but that's not happening. I have to look practically.
collecting To be honest, PCs don't come with those problems. It's a PEBCAK issue. Macs are only more secure (less so nowadays) because they have less of a market share. PCs have a higher number of viruses targeting them only because they've got a larger market share. Even Linux would have a TON of vulnerabilities if it was targeted more often.
You just need a good antivirus and not to be rude but you just need to avoid sketchy sites, applications, etc. Sorry, I'm not trying to be rude, really I'm not, but viruses really are a PEBCAK issue, not an issue inherent to a particular kind of operating system.
Have you tried the add-on Web of Trust? It works on every major browser and it's a great tool for seeing which websites might be potentially risky.
Soda Streams are fantastic! My girlfriend has one of the original ones and it works great. There are a few more models out now and they're not too expensive anymore. :) But yeah, necessities first. Maybe you can snag an inexpensive one... AND a Soda Stream. :p Also noooo, reminder of Black Friday. It's come here to Canada as well and I'm scared. XD
Ugh Christmas. I never really want anything - which is such a bummer for everyone around me.
I guess Amazon gift cards so I can get some more books for my Kindle. Also I would really enjoy some money to spend on ASOS so I can re-vamp my wardrobe. Well, I just need some cardigans and maybe a few more pairs of Jeans.
I'd like to get my tongue pierced again as well, but that seems like a very odd gift to ask for. lol.

- I'm not a fucking psychotic out at six pm thanksgiving I WILL MURDERFUCK YOU IF YOU TAKE MY DEAL shopper. IF my brother and his family goes, we will go, too. If not, online. But black friday is the only way we'll get an electric blanket this winter, otherwise I'll have to wait for a clearance sale in spring, because i can't afford $140+ for a quality one. She has a queen sized bed.
I want to make ginger ale oh my god. I hate commercial chain ginger ale b/c it's all loaded w/ HFCS and that shit's nasty. I adore ginger ale.
collecting Joy of Black Friday/Boxing Day: I put my 14 yo brother in the cart and we roll around and get whatever nice movie/video games we see. We look like infants, but it's fine. EVERYTHING TO SAVE.
- There's no "shopping places" here in town besides the grocery store and a handful of tourist shops and family dollar. None of those places will be careening death carts of doom maniacs, so if we want mayhem we have to travel an hour+
collecting It's funny, all throughout the year I run around pointing stuff out that I want, but when someone actually asks me? Well, I can barely remember anything, haha! I guess it goes to show that I'm better off without getting everything I ever see that I want x)
The stuff I'm after currently, well... Right now I want the new Super Smash Bros game for Wii U. A new laptop wouldn't be bad either since my nutty dog knocked a drink over on my old one. I doubt it'll happen, but that's okay because my dad is cool with me borrowing his laptop in the meantime xP Uhhm... I think I'd be happy with pretty much anything from the animal rescue site because a portion of the money goes to fund animal shelters, so that's kind of like a double gift. More supplies to keep making jewelry with, maybe some new clothes. Nothing ultra extravagant, really.

I'm actually the worst when it comes to Christmas lists.. or any kind of gift list at all. I never have any kind of idea of anything that I want/need. Luckily, my mom is a fantastic shopper and always manages to come up with something that I love!
For Christmas, I'd like to have a signed poster framed, some new jeans, perhaps a new pair of shoes. Uhm,.. a car. DD: But that may be a present to myself since I currently am not even driving.
Other than that, I really like smelly-good things, although that sort of thing can always be overwhelming when you have so many products you can't use them all throughout the year..

What even? I'm not sure I understand your response... I didn't say anything about you being some kind of crazy Black Friday shopper??? I was joking about being afraid of Black Friday because it's come to Canada as well. I work retail.
LOL I know you weren't, I was just attempting humor.
collecting Ah, sorry! D': Omg I thought maybe I worded what I said before really really wrong, haha.
- Ahh haha no, no. But you hear so many horror stories, I was just trying to be funny with the whole yea no I don't go out like crazy people for BF, cause damn. People.... Jesus fuck it's just plastic and whatever. The first time we did, maybe four years ago ? We left around six am, got to town around 7:30 and meandered. People were SO ANNOYED because I was gasp taking my TIME to consider my purchases and LOOK AT THINGS rather than fly through, armsweep dump and screech into line to thrust money faster than hungry men at a strip club. Did good, too. Got my sister a little M&M tin, and kidlet got a chickadee mug that she adores.
collecting Yeah I don't understand why people go so nuts over things like that. Sales are great, but I don't understand getting angry at other people or attacking others for taking their time or getting the last one of something you wanted. Crazy. D: I'm sure I'll probably be scheduled to be in on Black Friday (so far I've been in -- unfortunately alone in a large area of the store -- during all the big sales so far) and I'm pretty wary. I don't think we'll see a fraction of the insanity that's seen in the U.S. or in bigger cities here in Canada, but still.
A chickadee mug sounds so cute!
