I support this too. 75k sounds reasonable, and for gifting keep the box in the MC at 150k with a wait time, so you'd pay less but have to wait [if you were lucky to get 3]

This would be a pretty great feature. I also like when my pets' TC count lands on an even number. ;)

I totally do not support this. I think that the prices would be raised a lot more than what they currently are if you were to buy without the MKB. Not to mention, I LOVE giving MKBs as gifts. I don't want to see this gone!

Not to mention it'd make the lovely item in the CS obsolete.

Oh this sounds fantastic. I think the price should be high enough that there is still a market for MKB though. Perhaps slots could be around the same price with no/a shorter wait time (so you only get one instead of taking a chance to get 1 - 3 but you don't have to wait as long) or keeping the wait time similar/the same but having a single for sure slot cost half the price (75k) as a MKB. You know what you're getting but if you take a chance with the MKB you might get more for your sp.

If they were rather even like that (at least, I feel that's somewhat even, but I could be mistaken) then the cash shop MKB would still retain it's value for the most part. It may dip a little but it would still be the only quick way to get a ton of slots all at once so there would still be a market for it imo.

That being said I definitely support this idea! I'm not the gambling type so I hate buying MKB, I'd gladly pay a little more for a set amount of slots. (Unless someone gifts me a MKB I tend to wait until I have SO MANY ITEMS waiting to go in a pet TC that it's driving me nuts to get/use one haha.)

I think we should really look at the options we currently have for buying TC slots right now.

Magical Keepsake Box - 150k @ MC 1-2 times per day Magical Keepsake Box - 250k @ user shops, up to ~100 times per day

This means that the price of slots is 75k at the MC and 175k in user shops.

We also have the Multi-Compartment Keepsake Box from the cash shop, which gives 10-15 slots. This item costs 150 CSC (~6 mil sP), meaning the price per slot is 400-600k.

If there was some kind of mechanism to directly purchase pet slots, the price would need to be consistent with the MCKB in order for that item to not be made redundant. I know I have never considered purchasing a MCKB because the value is terrible--the price is just SO MUCH higher than the other TC-increasing options.

One solution might be to reduce the price of the MCKB to something more reasonable, like 50CSC. At that rate, the price per slot would be 166-200k each, which would be more consistent with usershop MKB prices. If that was done, then you could have a direct sP purchase method for 150-200k per slot. This would keep the MKB relevant while allowing the purchase of additional pet slots at current market value.

Please please please can this be a thing? I would love this. My pets are one of the few reasons I still come back to Subeta occasionally, I would love to be able to get that much closer to completing their TCs.

I'd suggest buying them from the site directly at like 100k a piece (with a daily limit?) and still have the MKB's if you want to take the gamble route to possibly get slightly cheaper average slots

However, I would profit much more from this if it was some sort of randomly pinged token shop style frenzy. Meaning that you have to have a certain amount of sP at the right time. And this means that sP becomes more valuable. And this benefits me. Although, this is probably too evil.

Plus with the recent achievement mania, the site could still make MKBs relevant through achievements for using them.

Honestly don't understand why people are so anxious to get rid of things like these. Personally the system' s fine the way it is and this way you CAN give TC slots to others as gifts. There's still an sP sink buying them from the MC BUT I feel as though the wait time for the boxes ONLY should be drastically reduced to buying a box once an hour. Either that or make the purchasing of the boxes unlimited from the MC with no time limit but you wouldn't be allowed to sell the boxes for pure sP in any form - through shops or for pure sP in trades. The option to add sP to any trade with a MKB in it would be disabled. If people were to try selling something you could get a large supply of for sP the boxes would be rendered worthless.

The mega boxes from the CS would still be sellable though.

Maybe you missed the point a few people have made where we want this feature implemented, but we don't want the other two options to go away, either.

The "Buy direct" would cost more than one slot on a MKB because you're paying for the convenience of getting what you want, when you want it. You can still buy & give MKB and MCKB if you want to. But for those of us who need 800 MKB just to finish a pet, this idea is fantastic and wonderful.

Yeah... can we hurry up and get this? After adding in the direct purchase layers in the wardrobe while still keeping the OLL around, I figured this would be accepted pretty readily. I have SO MANY ITEMS in my vault waiting for slots... and for some pets, they are complete aside from needing a TON of tc slots. Please, please make this a thing soon!
