Fantastic idea that I wish we got like yesterday! 75k sP sounds like a more than reasonable price as well - I'd for sure spend millions on this feature. :'D

I would LOVE this. I would buy so many. I don't mind the wait time for the Millionaire Center, not really (this doesn't mean it's not annoying or that I don't forget to go or forget to set an alert) but only getting one slot out of the box makes me want to bang my head on the desk. So frustrating.

So I was thinking about this (again) when I opened a bunch of my MKBs, and on average I usually get 2 slots/MKB so I feel like 75,000sP for one slot seems reasonable.

Saw this in the news and I can't figure out why anyone would want to waste so much SPs on something that doesn't seem very useful. Only reason I can see is to get the TC achievement. I spend most of my SPs on training. Ha, if the CWs I want were for sale for SPs instead of CSC I'd be so broke.

So don't try to figure it out, then. Just assume that different people have different favorite activities and goals on Subeta and leave it at that. As long as it doesn't impact the way you play the game - and I can't see how this would - it shouldn't matter to you.

No, it doesn't bother me at all and I don't care what others spend their SPs on, just curious why people are so excited about this in case it's something I might want to do in the future.

There's a large group of people onsite who enjoy the pet aspect of the site, and within enjoying pets a lot of us really enjoy character building/designs. So when you have a character who, for simplicities sake, really loves cupcakes. Well you could just say "Yo, she really loves cupcakes alright." or, you could notice that holy hell subeta has A LOT of really pretty cupcake items and start to collect them for that character-- and that's where treasure chests, and treasure chest slots come into play.

That is, in a nutshell, why people have lost their mind (and apparently sunk 82 million out of the site as of 5 hours ago) over the ability to mass buy TC slots in a simple one-click manner. It's probably far far higher than that by now, as there's a lot of us who take TCs as seriously as other users do the wardrobe c:

Can't really speak for other people, but I like creating pets and collecting items for them, as sort of a reflection of their character and interests, or just as a theme. For example, my main battle pet, Valtam. His treasure chest is more like a battle trophy case, I put all the loot drops he's won in battle in there. (Okay, some are still in the vault, I've been kind of lax there) Another pet, named after a goddess of the harvest, collects fruits, vegetables, and farming tools. Other people have done some very creative, sometimes even amusing, things with their pets and treasures. You can see them pop up sometimes in the Pets forum.

Basically, it's just another aspect of the site that people can customize and work on, and be proud of when it's finished. If that appeals to you, give it a try; if not, that's okay too, just keep doing what you're doing now. No need to overthink things, yeah? :)
