I really miss the Holiday shop and I've seen from a number of comments in the news, particularly during this Morostide, that many other Subetans miss it too. While I'm sure there was a terrific reason for dismantling it, I wish there had been some sort of consultation with users to determine the impact beforehand. I'm having such difficulty restocking holiday items and I'm realizing how much fun I had when they were available in one place.

I wish it would be seasonal. They bring back retired items/new items for X holidays? Good, we get the shop back. When the holiday is done and has passed, it gets closed.

I want it back too. I'm sure they took it away because it was "too hard" to restock things and prices on items ended up severely inflated? Or something?

although i was always a huge fan of it, i don't think it will ever come back. the way it is now is a little annoying but i can see how it makes a lot more sense. i am fairly certain Keith grew to despise the holiday shop and its wrapping papers lol

I would like to see the Holiday Shop brought back on the lines of the Alegarten shops - everything is permanently in there for the holiday.

I agree, I miss the Holiday Shop. Everything was in one place and the Mystery Box was my bff. Now, good luck finding/getting what you want during the holidays.

I'd rather toss my sP at the Mystery Box than my tokens at the vending machines thanks.

I understand that the holiday shop was probably closed to spread out the page views to different shops. It's just super frustrating to have come back from hiatus and discovered that my favorite shop is completely gone.

Even if I couldn't always get everything I wanted, at least it was all in one place so I could find things I wanted to try for. It was a fun challenge. Now, I've hardly seen any Morostide items in the shops themselves, and to even try to find them, I have to hunt through all the other items at the shop. It's nowhere near as fun.

I like what some users are saying about only having items stocked during the holidays. This is a thing that should happen.

This is what I'd like as well. I was never a fan of the Holiday Shop, and I was happy when it was closed down. I don't want it to come back. But I would love more holiday shops, like the Alegarten one, Esther's Shop, and L'amour Parlor. I'm not going to participate in anything involving the old Holiday Shop, but I would participate in an event to earn the sP/currency needed to purchase items from a shop like those that I named.

One of the things I appreciated about the Holiday Shop (and Freyalise Trading Co., now that I think of it) is the skill involved in restocking. Unlike the Alegarten or Esther's shop, the items in the Holiday Shop aren't available all the time, which required some investment of time and thoughtfulness in getting them. It maintains the rarity of items.

I also worry about all the major celebrations turning into the same process to grab coveted items. I like the varied methods each event is providing, but miss the Morostide--and soon the Luminaire--items in one place. I miss the clarity of knowing which items are re-released each season and where they will be available.

Considering it was removed despite great protest from the userbase, I'm not greatly surprised that there's no chance of it's return (although I'd love it if it was reinstated).

I just want to see the seasonal shops not be so exuberant in pricing XS I mean, take this past Alegarten for example: between almost 100k-300k+ for items was just nuts XS

Yeah. I've been much less active on subeta since the holiday shop closed... restocking is not nearly as fun.

I'd really like some holiday/seasonal shop, trying to hunt for items in over 5 different shops just to restock is a pain in the butt since the holiday shop closed

My problem with the whole holiday shop issue is that now staff don't even make an effort to retire previous holiday items in a timely fashion,Everything is spread out everywhere so everyone just forgets. Case in point...Right now fireside things should be rsing but they aren't and MOROSTIDE stuff still is even though we were told it would be available for just a week after morostide.

Also things that should be unretired and allowed to rs aren't doing so and the prices remain sky high,Taking away the holiday shop was just a poor idea in general,why have the past holiday items rs at all? No one can find them anyways and to even have a chance at them you have to sit in one shop for hours just to figure out where they are at.

I never had a lot of luck with the holiday shop, but I don't have any luck at all with what we have now. I much prefer shops like the Brewery where you don't need to fight to RS at all (though I still fucking hate the rotating shops in the Brewery)
