I got Patch as a reward when I returned Snowflaik a few years ago. I think it could have worked if by releasing Snowflaik, she scared a different minion out of the undergrowth that we could have caught.

Disappointed that there was no sP reward, because I already had the achievement XD

Kidding, I don't care about the sP reward (i mean, that is unless it was like millions of sP which I finad that a stretch) XD I CAUGHT HIM WUT WUT. +1 achieve

The reward isn't financially significant, an old post of mine mentions getting about 74k and this post mentions getting about 122k.

Based on previous topics by the OP I'm guessing this is why they are irritated.

Returning Snowflaik also gave the user the newest of Jaxon's minions (which this year was ) but I don't think it's as much of an issue since there are quite a few on the SS.

I think the issue lies in not so much pulling the minion and sP reward, but doing so and not leaving any prior mention of it. I spent 250k on a Snowflaik which isn't that much money to me, but to someone else who thought they would get a out of it, and spent their entire sP savings on it, it might be more disappointing.

Oh! Ok. The Scurry part of the argument makes sense to me then, haha. I thought it was just about the sp and I couldn't work out how it made a huge difference because I didn't remember there being a substantial reward. Not getting the minion back though, that would be a bummer if you bought one of the inflated Snowflaiks and really wanted/needed the Scurry for a TC or pet or something :(

That's exactly it. I mean, sure you could sell Snowflaik for a lot more than you would've gotten from Jaxon, but it's the fact that you found her for free and that you decided to do a good deed and return her to Jaxon instead of just sticking her in a shop and selling her. Oh well. Hopefully things will be different next year :)

I handed in 6 Snowflaiks this year that I got from trawling the Pumpkin Patch. Damn girl I wish I'd known you were after one - then again I did post in our cult forum about all my Morostide extras and where they were located if people wanted to check them out for stuff they needed. So sorry hon :/

I agree that we should have been better informed about the "no more sP or current minion" issue. That's a bit lame on Subeta's part I think.
