Most of my Amazon WL is similar to the paperback price (compared to Kindle) so it doesn't make such a difference.

I never tried eReaders. I have no idea if it is suited for me, or not. I like physical copy, I enjoy taking small notes of my favourite quotes or passage.

I think I'm just confused on how it works. If I buy an ebook on Amazon, it is only suited for the Kindle?

- If it is in the kindle .mobi format, yes, it will only work on a kindle or kindle app on your tablet/phone. .epub format is able to be used on any ereader device that supports it (Which is quite a few, nook is just my personal favorite/used one. Kobo is okay according to a friend who uses it.) .mobi is proprietary, .epub is not, think itunes/istore stuff works on iproducts only, but android marketplace is available on a wider variety of devices, if that makes sense ?

It makes more sense yeah. Honestly I don't think I'm ready for an eReader. I am attached to books and how it's just simple to get them (and they belong to me after I purchase). I'm not sold on it.

Then don't get one. No sense in spending the money for something you won't use. Better to get the research done to know for sure though ! :)
