Still not over though, still trying to get our deposit back. £1,400 deposit that they haven't given to us and they no longer respond to our emails or calls. My mum has taken over, all emails are met with silence and all calls are met with "Shes in a meeting right now, if you want to leave your name and number she'll get back to you" with no call back. When we travel up there, the manager who is meant to be handling this isn't in and we're left with someone who has no idea what they're doing.

- We've done that, if we call beforehand she isn't in, if we go in unexpectedly she hides in the back office. There was one point where we SAW her in there then the second she saw us she went out back and we were told she wasn't in. It is at the point where we called, emailed and mailed them a letter saying "If we don't get our money back at this date, we're taking this matter to court" so now we're on that bit.

- Ahh court. People hate that one but hopefully it gets them into action to get you your deposit. <3 I'm so sorry you have to deal with t his crap. /snugs

- Mums gonna see if she can get more money out of them for the amount of our time they have wasted and how much grief they've put us all through. So many stressful days trying to get this that and the other off my very unhelpful housemates. I lived with three others, one is my close friend and there is nothing she can really do, she has been very helpful and done everything asked immediately, I haven't had to chase her for signatures or anything. The second is the guy, he is very forgetful and has all our documents, I'm STILL chasing him for a copy of the tenancy agreement which he has. The third is his girlfriend, not much she can do but she seems to be reluctant to help so I don't really ask her for it. When I brought up us taking them to court she said she didn't like the idea but then gave no response on why, she just doesn't want to be involved and whilst I don't blame her, it isn't very helpful. I don't want to be involved either, but £350 is a lot of money to me.

They can't fuck us over, they have nothing against us. We paid all their money in full (according to my mum whos looked at all the receipts and documents we paid OVER what they asked), they didn't take an inventory so they can't try and corner us for damages we didn't do (I took photos the day we moved in) and we have proof we sent them constant emails about problems which they forwarded on but never addressed. Problems such as the fact the front and back doors looked like someone had tried to use a crowbar to get in which was never fixed, the fact when we moved in it looked like someone still lived in the property, the garage that came with the place that we couldn't use because there were no working locks etc.

I'm so glad I caught you today in the SB! ;-; It's like 3:30am here right now and I'm still feeling sick, but my stomach is much better than it was this morning thank goodness. I'm sitting here slightly bored listening to "rain sounds" on YouTube to relax.

I have wandered to the forums tonight because the SB has been closed for hours. Kind of annoying, but it's usually dead at this time anyway... You're not missing much on Subeta rn. I jumped on a few times today and it just seemed like people were complaining about the battling for the plot for hours and hours on end. The WQ is Cursed so that's also not much of a loss if you can't make back online before the weekend is over.
