We're actually giving CW creators an advance notice, as well as letting them move their items to the new system. Unfortunately because it's replacing the CS system, they can't both be active at the same time.

Once we feel good about the information and feedback from creators, we plan on making a news post with information for customers on how to purchase the items from creators :).

The change will take a few hours. There are very few purchases from the cash shop hourly, it's the least used method for purchasing custom wearables.

There isn't really a needed "this is going to change" news post weeks or days in advance of a change like this, because the amount of time needed to make the change is very small, and the users will get the run down once the change is complete.

I'm sorry there wasn't enough information for you on this beforehand, but there will be when customers are meant to be involved in the system. :)

There is a section of the wardrobe now specifically for items in the CW shops that are for sale, that you can browse. If the item isn't for sale (doesn't have a price or amount) it won't appear in that section.

I wanted to give creators the option to opt out of the new system - hence why not moving things to it automatically.
