I'm not sure what you mean by this. Anything that was r101 is fair game for being unretired for holidays. r175 are items (in the case of Morostide) are ToT items and pumpkin patch, which will come back a different way for those really old ones.

It's really not that hard to figure out where items you like are restocking. Are you going for plushies? Plushie Parlour! Foods? Food Market Or Quick Bites (depending on if it's fast food or not). If it's a baked good, The Bake Stop! You can also vend these items now that they're restocking.

We aren't going to mess with rarities because it would be an actual mess. Drawing thing line places for "oh morostide has to many things to all fit in just 175, let's give it 10 more rarities" would mean we'd have to do that with other holidays too.
