I'm glad to hear it. I somehow managed to pull a rib muscle at work today which has caused me some grief today. Trying to pick up heavy stock with a pulled rib muscle is difficult :(

Besides that however, I am feeling mostly better mentally for which I am thankful.

Ooh ooh! That's not cool at all! Have you tried putting a warm compress on it for a bit to loosen it back up?

I put some Heat Rub on it and it did ease it slightly but because of where it is, it keeps getting pulled at again and again :(

I can't decide if it's too early to start buying for Lumineve.

I keep trying to save so I can buy things for Luminaire but I keep spending :( I have bought things for family in real life so I feel a little bit organized this year for once.

haha I haven't been buying much for myself lately but I'm not sure how I'm going to organize my buying and sending yet.

I've purchased one thing for my Christmas list. I really need to decide what else I'm going to get.

We were discussing working at pet stores earlier. I had mentioned wanting my own store personally that way I could choose what to sell. What about you?

I couldn't own my own pet store as I wouldn't want to sell the animals to anyone else, haha. Maybe having an animal shelter would be better!!

Haha that's a good point! See my thing is most people are so uneducated on proper care for all types of animals and proper food etc etc so I'd have to have my own stuff like my choices of pet food, pet accessories and cages.

That's why we should just open shelters, that way we can care for the animals the way they need to be cared for and we can guarantee them always being loved :)

It sucks that you can't eat what you want. My comfort foods tend to be the food that make my stomach upset most days which sucks. I either have to choose between being emotionally happy but in pain or emotionally miserable and not in pain :(

Yes but the point of shelters also is to get them into good homes because after while there would be too many.

A rescue could work too... although I could also go for a place that's all three plus a dog/cat daycare and salon!

Well if my damn mouth would heal up I'd be ok. Oh I know how you mean, there is a certain food I like to buy at work and eat but I cannot unless I want to be in tons of pain and in and out of the bathroom all night.

I had never thought of there being too many animals. I don't think we have as many strays in the UK as you have in the US. Either that or there are more shelters.

I guess I didn't think that every animal we came across needed help, most of them seem to already have happy homes. Guess I was being really unrealistic :( Oh well if every animal could be in a happy home that should be enough for me right?!

Well you know there are exceptions like if one just gets lost or whatever.

It would be nice if all animals were treated the way they should be.

We can only hope and pray that this Christmas those that get given animals appreciate and love them the way they deserved to be treated.

I prefer that people aren't gifted animals at all unless they've been wanting/asking for them for a long time. No "surprise" pets.
