As for the premium - I know that the rotational inventory was a key component for the MC revamp. The premium is an interesting idea, but doesn't it work that way now? You can buy and sell the items from users all year around and it is likely that you will pay a higher price/premium in the market when the active item is not in the MC

I'd be fine with the PQuill staying all year. I also like the idea of MC items staying in there all the time, but being priced at a premium during the "off-season." (That would make it a SP sink instead of having people redistribute SP to other users.)

We ( and I) can surely look into changing the quill to become a constant year around item, and will talk with about what other weapons she feels should be constant, but we are not going to change the set up from rotation seasonally overall.

With the way the shop works right now, it gives us a good schedule of releasing new items on four days a year that everyone knows about, so everyone knows when things will be rotated out. The rotation forces you to make decisions about what you want to save up for in that particular season or risk waiting until next year, which is something we’ve stated we want users to do. We want you to prioritize the items you want from a given holiday (or in this case shop). If you can’t afford something this season, put it on your wish list to save up for next year, or make that your first purchase in the coming year.
