When I do it is out of impulse. I want long hair but not right now. I also had red showing still and I cut most of it off. Once I move I will have professionally done and ad the blue to my hair.

AH! I have a friend with gorgeous black hair and she does blue underneath. Looks so good on her!

That is my one thing. I have lighter brown and natural highlights so the blue might look sort of odd in some shades.

I am a very colorful person so I am sure the color will change with however I feel lol. I might just ask to bleach certain areas of my hair for peakaboo highlights and go from there.
