item does have a SIM slot but I never used it or mentioned it in the description of item.

They also provided no proof that the SIM Slot is broke.That could have happened when they got the item.Maybe they broke it or they could be lying.

clearly it's his fault for reading properly and expecting a different item.

any idea on how i should handle it?I even sent the case with the item and they want a full refund.I put on there no returns but since there claiming the item didn't match description..im not sure what to do.

if it were me, i would take the item back and give a refund. BUT i don't have the security i receive the item i send - not good. i honestly don't know what i would do. Not accepting a return can result in you losing both the money and the item. again, not good.

now there claiming I was supposed to send them my SIM card that I had for the phone.They even admitted the auctoin said nothing about a SIM card.I even got a message from them bragging about how good of shape the phone is in.

that sounds shady and weird of them to want, lol. i mean a SIM card around here is really cheap [compared to the phone] and you practically could buy a new SIM card every day, several times a day >.>

I filed fraud on them.I have meesages stating item was as described then port damaged.

Which to me sounds like they damaged the port which im not responsible for.So they trying to make give refund for something they broke.

I got my money but the claim is still open..Also found out you can't ship perfume through usps.Ebay offers usps shipping for all perfumes..I even bought some from amazon that was shipped through usps.
