I was under the impression, though, that Sebastian couldn't tax you if you had unvaulted sP less than a few minutes ago ? To prevent people from getting taxed if they're like, pulling out the 400m they just took 5 years to save to buy an Ether out of the MC.

You just can't have it on hand.

We vaulted in 2m increments, and took out in the same.

You actually can have exactly twice that on hand, but can't offer more than that on trades. Any sP over that goes right to 's account as put it

Vault isn't limited as far as I know, but I didn't try with more than 34 billion. Maybe it breaks at 35? I don't want to be quoted on that if something happens to someone :P
