And for future reference the gardens can be found in Veta, It's the little red barn up on the hill/mountain. :)

I put the new locations of things that happened after the Councilor's Cruise into the Subeta Wikia when that happened. Right now the sP Voucher Exchange, Gym Vending Machine and Oracle Shop are not on the map, everything else either got deleted or it's still around.

ohh, thanks! I forget about the wiki often. Need to remember to look there!! :)
