While we are all hammering at our calculators/spreadsheets/tearing our hair out at the last puzzle, anyone feeling up to writing poetry instructions as to the ones needed?
ooh i could do a haiku! I love haikus!! And i could try my hand at a sonnet ^_^

All, I've posted a possible solution over at SL, and saw that GR has posted the next part, so we should probably submit reasonably soon.

Kyo sits back down and takes a long swig from her pint glass. She'll need more dutch courage if she's to speak again.

Your eyes.... The way they shine They charm the stars above The moon dare not show it's dull face For you.
"There's your cinquain for you!" Kyo beams and orders more drinks! This is going better than expected!

"Bit much? What do you mean you've only known her a week? What are you scared of commitment or something?" Kyo wobbles and falls back into her chair. Without a fuss she slides under the table and starts snoring.
Haneway nervously goes over to check Kyo is still breathing under the table. The snoring contines and Haneway breathes a sigh of relief. She notices something in Kyo's hand though. A scrap of paper. "Hmm i wonder what this is." Haneway peels Kyo's fingers off the paper and starts reading. "Ah! It's the sonnet! So she did do one! But these 4 lines are completely illegible. I'm gonna have to start this one off myself...."
Oh lonely eyes that hold the wealth of love True gold, these portals hold the richest rock Her heart, tight closed against the tides above She waits for he who can with kiss unlock. The light of day brings forth a gentle glow To drive away the mists that lingers here The tides of sea relax to river's flow And cradles precious life I hold so dear. Haneway looked proper chuffed. "Better than the last one I'd say! Phew. At least that's all done now. Say, can someone get a water for Kyo please? Or....maybe a blanket to cover her up? She does look a mess down there."
