hello again everyone. I'm back from my little holiday. how are you all?

I'm pretty good. I have my dog with me now so i wont be so lonely c: Also I got some progress with my novel while i was away, so i'm quite happy. i also decided that when i get it published i'm going to do so under a pen name xD

I showed some ideas to my mum and she laughed at me. haha.

Well that's really really awesome though congrats on getting some progress done! I actually got a short story finished myself and I have some other ideas started. :3 I feel really good and my writing muse has stuck around for a little while, which is nice.

Oh and yeah I'd write under a pen name myself... in fact I already have one :3 (well one handy I mean)

and yes i agree. but everyone around me is saying i'd make a good writer. my teachers at tafe, my family, my friends. I'm not sure if its just mindless encouragement because they like me or something, though xD and really i dont know what it is about my writing that they like so much. i wrote a review of a painting for a writing portfolio at TAFE and my teacher was just in awe of it. I did not understand. i thought it was horrible. xD

how did your christmas go, anyway?

yes'm I did. I didnt get to go to the beach though, because it was raining all the time. but at least i got to hang out with my family. there was so much fooood. i dont think i'll need to each again for a week or two xD how was your christmas?

Actually no not one of my pets. This was a short story using 2 of my OCs together. It's an amusing little thing... I had a lot of fun writing it... then spent several hours editing the crap out of it.. I am just that picky.

My pen name would so me Amei Du'Krypt. Amei is a play on my real name as I hate my real name. Du'Krypt is a play on a secondary nickname. (well Krypt is... Du is just well I just like how it goes with the other name) :D

Haha well don't forget we are our own worst critics. I know for a fact I hate everything I write... but still I want to be an author so badly. (I've wanted to be one since I was 12) Of course only my friends seem to be the ones to encourage me... my teachers back when I was in school also helped me a lot.

My family... doesn't seem to care in the least. I can't really talk to anyone about my writing. My grandmother doesn't understand a word I say half the time and my mother just thinks I'm being rather stupid.

Course if I did become famous she'd check that tone at the door. (...uh no idea why I said that)

My Christmas went well actually. I got some new boots, some new clothes. Money in which I bought some Manga. C: I still have some left. I really enjoyed myself. How about you?

I got some new shoes, a necklace, a bracelet some cookies, and some money c: it was pretty good. I got to see my mum, my sister and my niece.

Yeah it's weird but it has personal meaning to me so I guess I may be the only one to appreciate it. LOL

I just got a few volumes of a manga called The Cain Saga, plus a series called Demon Diary, and one manga called The Devil. I also picked up a series for a friend. She had been looking for the series for YEARS and had no luck. I am so glad I found it. I'm gifting it to her!! :3

AWESOME. xD I was playing it in the livingroom yesterday and my step-mom came in to see me chopping zombies with an ax. She looked over at my dad and was like, "This is really violent." his response was just, "so?" Needless to say, one of the best games ever :'D

Have you ever read sara douglass' books? I think you'd like them xD I used to be obsessed with them when i was in high school. theyre fantasy. Have I told you about her before? I'm getting a weird feeling of dejavu.

And its only bad because youre using windows. (somehow I dont think that works without the picture. oh well)

aww its okay xD kinda weird that you havent heard of her though, shes in the fantasy section of every bookshop i go into. right along with david eddings and uh.. i forget the others. one of her books won an award for best fantasy novel in 1996. so theyre kinda old. I like her stuff because of the realistic gore.

But anyway. hows your day been? C:

I stayed up until midnight last night to watch the sydney fireworks on tv, so i slept in until about noon xD;
