I was supposed to have root canal 2.5 weeks ago and I went to a new dentist because the new dentist that I went to doesn't do root canal and this guy was a combo between a ogre and KGB and he DIDN'T even DO the root canal but gave me an unnecessary injection while he berated me and ignored my requests or telling me what he was doing and was so horrible that I left and cried and no way I am EVER going back there. I called to complain but the attitude was more of a shrug than something will be done about it. It hurt for 2 weeks and I don't know what to do now. :(

I am a bit confused about this. What to do now?
